“I want to start by acknowledgingM- Line Packaging Solution is a fair and beyond respectable company to work for. The family atmosphere business can handle any to all necessary requirements for packaging for all sorts of businesses. The staff is respectful and professional, benefits are not the best but undoubtedly will become better as the organization grows. The only take away from the company is an individual who’s in a somewhat load planning leadership capacity that just eats french fries and needs to appear to be the smartest guys in any situation . This individual has been the sole cause of others prior to me leaving. Beyond him if the opportunity presents itself working for and with this company take it. The experience has been a tremendous honor and I take valuable lessons both for life and the future workplace with me.”

“Recently had made a purchase with Lowe's and the item shipped by Estes. Once I realized it was only a 'to the door delivery', I contacted Jennifer and told her my situation; mainly that I live on the 6th floor of an apartment building. She contacted Liz who handles Final Mile Delivery for Estes and a plan was developed. With the coordination of the Stow Lowe's, my shipment was brought right inside my apartment. A shout out to Travis from Lowe's as well. Again, thank you all!”

“An older gentleman was in the store and he had received an outrageous bill from AT&T for non-returned equipment when he actually did have a receipt that he returned to the equipment five months ago. A super nice lady was working and she offered to call AT&T on his behalf because his hearing was not good and they were giving him the runaround at AT&T. I will always use UPS because people deserve my business.”

“Great company. I recently took an IN to MI load for the Akron Ohio office and it went really smooth. Normal wait time at the shipper, and in a door 2hrs early at the receiver. Unload time was just under an hour. Good communication, and I would do business with them again for sure.”

“What a difference I found since it is under new management! Went in today with returns for Amazon and did not notice that one needed to be packed in box. I had a box, but in the past I was told to buy tape to seal up the one box. To my pleasant surprise, Gary and the other worker said that since I had a box and it was only 1 piece of tape they would be happy to seal it up for me. This is a change and something the new management is trying to turn around. Nice job! Great Customer service! It was a small item and I had a small box with me, so happy to have had this service today!”

They both go out of their way to help me every time I’m in the store..
I have a son out of state.. I ship items to him often and both ladies help me by making sure ,
I save money and my son’s items are packed and delivered safe!
I also shop Amazon and they make returning a lot easier they help me with larger items even thou they have the self service portal they never make me wait in long lines and they remind me always to take my receipts and follow up to make sure my packages are received and I’m credited properly!

“They got my package somebody in UPS put my ZIP code as my address and it was held up there for 3 days that little sticker on the side of the big sticker that my supplier sent me was a different address on that little white sticker I hope I'm explaining it right there's a big inconvenience but the gentleman were smart intelligent and you knew what to do and he got me my box”
