I was apprehensive twice about the price of medications, and in both cases the team assisted me with dignity and respect to find an answer and/or solution that made me feel better. “I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”

“This place is HUGE! It was busy (we were there on a Saturday around 2pm) , but I didn't get claustrophobic because the aisles are so wide. Plus, Hubby and I had a flashback to our childhoods when we found Tennessee Pride chicken breakfast biscuits! I didn't know that brand still existed!!”

I like the addition of self-checkouts so I don't have to wait in line, but I wish I could use my Marc's gift card at the self-checkout without requiring an employee to assist.”

“After my first visit to a Sams Club today @ (~11am) I feel like I may have made a mistake, probably should have went with Costco. When I finished shopping today and was leaving the lady at the door was nowhere to be seen, she definitely was not at the door so I didn’t see her. When she seen that I was going for the exit she rushed over and stopped me. My wife explained we were new customers and she rolled her eyes at her. I nearly went back in to return everything but my wife didn’t want me to make a scene. Your employees should understand that we have options, and should treat customers like their job depends on it, because it does.

“Apparently several years ago some patients had difficulty here. I have not experienced the same thing. I transferred my prescriptions here about 3 years ago and have been totally and absolutely pleased. Firstly, their pricing is far better than CVS (we are now transferring my wife's meds to here). Secondly, every technician has been, kind, patient and professional. I highly recommend this pharmacy!”

“This is the best pharmacy ever. They are courteous, friendly, efficient, kind. I have seen an abusive, rude customer literally yell at one of the techs totally without justification, and the tech and all the workers remained calm and polite. The pharmacist has called me several times to ask about other meds and make sure I was aware of side-effects or whatever. Great pharmacy!”
“I am going to have to say that this Marcs has the nicest employees. I love the girls in the deli, they are always so welcoming and that is like the worst job in my opinion, the cashiers are always delightful and friendly. The best part about the customer service at this marcs is the young man who picks up the carts...he is the sweetest kid ever. He will walk your cart to your car and put your groceries away, not expecting a tip. Sweetest guy ever. It's nice to see customer service like this. I am so happy to see customer service still means a lot for Marcs, especially since I know these workers are not making a ton. Thanks Parmatown Marcs.”
“The Staff at this Pharmacy are Professional, Kind, Accurate, and Fast. My doctor sent a prescription for an antibiotic over to them, and they let me know it was ready before I even got out of the Doctor's Office, which was very helpful because I was very sick and didn't want to have to wait around for a prescription to be ready. They always get my prescriptions right, and they are Always speedy and kind. They are the Best in our Area.”

“When I first went here to get my memebrship cards the customer service ladies were very nice. This location is kept together pretty well and they do accept Apple Pay. The only downside fall is I had to use my credit card because they don't accept Discover on Apple Pay.”
“Edited to add: After I posted my review, the pharmacist called me to personally address my issue. Incorrect test strips were refunded and I was provided with new monitor and test strips. Really appreciated them doing the right thing to correct their mistake.Pharmacy sold me $50 test strips for a glucose monitor that is discontinued. I can’t get a refund because I opened the box without knowing that the test strips are worthless. Why would they sell me strips that I can’t use? No one ever asked me or my prescribing physician what brand of strips I needed - and why would they sell a worthless test strip unless they confirmed what monitor I was using?”
