“After a bad crash with extensive damage that nearly totaled my SUV, Village Auto Body did amazing repairs inside and out. It drives perfectly, and you would have no idea that the airbags had deployed. Supply chain issues complicated the repairs, which ended up taking 6 months to complete, but that was not in anybody’s control. Rick was very transparent about what was going on with the repair and the delays, and always took the time to tell me what was happening during my (many) calls to ask for updates. He and the other staff are kind and pleasant to work with. We’re very happy with Village Auto Body and would recommend them if you need a body shop.”

“Recently had work done at Caliber Collision on York Road in N. Royalton. This was our second interaction with them and Mike Adkins, General Manager. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force. He, also, was not above "hands on" work to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. Caliber Collision is the only shop of this type to be considered for repairs to your vehicle.”

“I stopped into Caliber Collision in need of advice on how to refinish a small area on the side of my vehicle. The gentleman came out, we took a look at it, he said "give me the keys, I'll be back in a few minutes." He came back in a few minutes and the job was completed. My vehicle looked as if there was never an issue on it at all. I'm extremely happy with the quick service, especially after thinking I would have to leave my vehicle there. “So I was rear-ended a couple weeks ago and fortunately the person who hit me had insurance. Their insurance, state farm referred me to Gerber. I called and they scheduled a inspection for repairs for the following week which I knew would be the case as they had to order parts. Then, they scheduled the repair a few days later. That was yesterday. They did a beautiful job repairing my cars rear bumper and even hammered out the license plate so well I don't need to get a replacement. But the most amazing part was that they thoroughly cleaned the inside of my car it looked almost brand new. What a delight. I actually didn't want to get my snowy dirty boots inside but they had a paper on the floor. It's so nice when a company goes above and beyond. Thank you for everything.”

“These guys are great!It’s been a long time since I’ve needed to use a body shop, but I needn’t have worried: the quality, service, and friendly humor delivered at Copley Auto and Collision surpassed my expectations. They even did several “unrelated” services (removed a rattling muffler heat shield, cleaned-up the plastic lenses on my headlights, and vacuumed out the interior of the car) without charging me. “Just picked my car up today and it is amazing they really went above and beyond getting her purdy again! Thank you to all that worked so hard on her! My only issue was with dropping the car off, I told them 2x I was dropping off on sunday the receptionist said no problem but the gate was blocked off to all entrance of the parking lot. Had to come back the next day to drop it off. Gas is pricey yall! Though with the thorough job they did small detail to over look!”
