Sarah greeted me with a smile, took the part and my car key, and within 10 minutes told me the technician was already working on it. In less than 15 minutes, it was done—good as new! “I visited this dealer with the intention of test driving a used car, which ended up not being on the lot. Instead, I test drove a couple of other cars. Initially I was not 100% ready to make a purchase because I was deciding if I should repair and keep my current vehicle. Remesi, the sales person I worked with, was super helpful when I initially visited the lot and also didn’t try to push me into buying a car when other sales people would have. One of the cars I test drove seemed like a really good fit, and I was able to think about it over night. I ended up buying it, and Remesi was super responsive and did a great job answering questions through the whole process. The dealership did a great job making sure the car was ready for sale. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected.
