I would absolutely recommend this place for any automotive service needs. Very happy I decided to bring my 2018 Hyundai Elantra there for repairs. Dan and Michelle kept me informed on everything going on. There were way more issues with it than i had originally thought and they were done with it in a week which is pretty damn quick if you knew all the things wrong with it. These guys don't mess around or waste your time. Very efficient at their jobs which i like. Repairs were a bit more expensive than I thought they would be and Dan (Owner) being the nice guy that he is put in a brand new CAM free of charge! I will definitely bring my car here for any future automotive needs!

My family has gone to Auto service specialist for over past 10 years. We trusted them with all our vehicles. Our 2010 Toyota sienna was serviced by them for most of its life. About 6 months ago we brought it in to get serviced. We asked them to check out the car and tell us what we needed to do to get it fixed up to be a safe daily driving car. They told us it needed new engine mounts, we trusted them and paid the 2,000 to get the mounts replaced. 3 months and 3,000 miles later the car started to make a different noise. We brought it back in and they told us the car is unsafe, due to the subframe is rusting out and it is going to be 4,000 dollars to fix it. That was a complete shock to us considering we just brought it in and spent good money to have it fixed. They told us unless we paid to fix it there was nothing they could do, they would NOT give us a discount or a voucher to use on any future service. 4,000 is no little amount and we were not in the financial place to spend more money. We were hurt, disappointed, and blindsided by a company that we thought we could trust. We had to scrap the car. To prevent this from happening to anyone else please make sure you get other opinions on your car BEFORE you decide to go with this company.

Dan has done work on several cars for me in the past few months. He was always available to answer questions when I called, gave clear explanations and made things right. My family travels up from Medina to have work done here. I highly recommend Dan and his team. The ladies in the office are very helpful too!

Super nice people. But when my "$39.99 oil change" costs $107 without any warning or discussion, I am very dissatisfied.
Edit: The owner sent me a check in the mail for the exact difference of what it would have been. That is awesome. Thank you!

Dan and the team provided incredible customer service! We had an issue and once we got deeper into the problem that issue grew. The team talked, suggested, and handled the stress like true professionals. They worked with me to identify a solution that could work given a very challenging situation. In the end. It works as it should and I'm a happy customer. Thanks to Dan and the whole Auto Service Specialists team. I apologize for the delay in my review. Problems do occur. What a great experience!!!
My 1990 F150 had a major break failure.
When I called, Michelle was welcoming and professional. I was able to bring my vehicle in right away.
The diagnostic photos and descriptions was
Fantastic. Had a conversation with Dan about the work needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, I felt very comfortable proceeding with the repairs.
Even though my truck is old , they were able to source the parts, and complete the work quickly and professionally.
Throughout the entire process, their messages to kept me in informed of the status and progress of my repairs.
A first class experience, I am extremely happy and satisfied.

recently moved to North Royalton from Illinois, needed a reliable local shop to care for my two Lexus'. One just had an issue, battery light, apparently in a 2004 Lexus sc430 my Alternators finally died..GREAT service from Auto Service specialist..found the problem, fixed it in less than 24 hours, drove me home, picked me up. Told me up front the estimate, and it was LESS than expected when I picked it up. VERY nice and friendly people to work with.....I'll have them work on both my cars. Just one more reason to move from Illinois to Ohio. Thanks guys!!!!

Absolutely fantastic work! Everyone was a delight to speak to! The mechanic diagnosed my car's issue and when he figured out that the cost for repairs would exceed what would be a reasonable fix for the age of my car, he utilized an alternative method and parts to get the job done. I was shown pictures of the issues before work was done and they talked me through what was wrong. The communication was outstanding! The following week they texted me to check in to make sure my car was having no issues. I've never had a mechanic follow up after leaving and ask me if I had any questions or concerns. They're reliable, timely, and their customer service is out of this world. Being a single woman with car trouble can be challenging. I wasn't talked down to and I felt absolutely confident they were not taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge. All my questions were answered. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I took my car in for a service. I have never been sent photos and explanations of what was needed. I think this service makes a huge difference. I’ve been the technician in the past and i understand how hard it is at times for a customer to understand what’s needed and why. Everything was done quickly and perfectly. I couldn’t ask for any better service or a better idea than this. Thank you all at auto service specialist. Will be bringing my entire fleet of cars here.
