Very disappointed with this company. Bought local . Didn't turn out very well at all. Owner won't repair/replace broken recliner. Lifetime warranty. Owner hung up on me. Chair is less than 5 years. Definitely suggest not shopping here . Deeply disappointed. Dealt with Big lots on other furniture absolutely no problem. Warren furniture is definitely giving small family business bad name .

Bought new couch and recliner about 4 months ago from one furniture spent approximately $2,700 have an issues with the couch the arm of the couch is starting to break down. I've called them several times it took weeks for him to come out and look at it and then I had no response back for months and finally they said to manufacture will take the one part of the couch back and I still haven't heard no answer on when they're going to pick this up and it's going into 7 months.. I give one furniture a zero rating I would never buy from them again all they do is give a run around they do not back their products.

Sale process went fine, delivery was fine, follow up and warranty issues are terrible. We paid good money for a couch, love seat and recliner Dec 2021. All reclining seats on couch, love seat and recliner are broke and does not work properly. It has not been abused or neglected. Not impressed with the quality of furniture. I have called numerous times without any answer or call back. They are now out of warranty. Next living room set will be bought elsewhere.

Was very helpful with my questions and no pushy salesperson just trying to make buy.Will update my comments after my new bedding arrives.I do have to say years ago I bought my Flexsteel sofa there when they first opened on Munst St.Got many years out of it I think my son still has it in his basement in his kids recreation room.
