Jaquob was a huge help resolving an issue with my account that none of the representatives at the call center were capable of resolving. Ask for him when you go in there.

This location is the best. They have helped me multiple times in the past. Great guys who have patience with people like me who forget passwords and are not so tech savy. Appreciate good customer service by the Hillsboro Staff.
