I'm really disgusted with them too. I moved out of a house 4 months ago and after I moved out the new tenant had the tank removed. The remainder of the oil that was in the tank was my oil ..I paid for it but yet I was told by Suburban I had to settle up with the new owner. So where's my money? I feel that^s suburban's issue to settle because they have a record of who paid the last bill. They may not have my new phone number but all they have to do is look at my account and they can track me down thru the former owner.There was approx. $580.00 worth of oil remaining when I was forced out of this house., which they know because they read the gauge when I moved out.

The customer service from my intial call, setting up a new service, to the field technician was excellent.

What a rip off we moved had 100 credit for unused propane charged us 65.00 close out fee what a joke 10.00 to pick up unused tanks which I get but 65 to close account I’ll never go back to to suburban and last year out of blue after 10 years with them they start charging a a rental fee for there tank don’t recommend them for propane and don’t expect to get any money back for unused gas they fee you till there’s non left and let’s not forget all the taxes what a joke

When the tech came out to test the equipment he stated no gas was getting to the house so he would have to run a new line which took a week. When he finally got here to replace the line he cut through my internet line while I was working I lost 3 1/2 days of work since I work from home.

We received great service. We smelled gas and George, service tech, came out to our house around 12 and stayed until 3 AM. Came back the next day: put in copper pipe from tank to our house, put in new tank, filled up new tank, put in new regulator, and checked all of our gas stoves in the house. He was very efficient.

Thank you for your great service. Someone came out to test the lines, and propane was delivered on the same day, much sooner than we expected. Not only that, but the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful to this new customer.
