Had no remark for actually reviewing and checking there used cars. Recently bought a mini cooper from them and after taking it to a mini shop for maintenance check found the oil pressure line cut and after the shop dropped the oil pan they found someone had cut into the oil pump somehow trying to save money and now I haven't had my car for over a month because I cant afford the $2,000 bill attached. My husband bought an Avalanche from this place almost a couple years ago. Shortly after purchasing it the left front tire froze up. There was another repair that needed to be done after that and needed to be lifted. It was discovered that the truck had been in an accident. I bought a car from here not long ago my car still has 45 day tags it was awful I got it home found out it had no oil bone dry it was missing a headlight and had engine light on so I took it into a shop it needs solenoids and o2 sensors replaced 600 worth of work then I took it to a tire shop cause it was wobbling and pulling me to the left into traffic it needs 2 new tires and ball joint needs replaced all within one month of owning it I now have around 1200 in bills for this new to me car I'll never buy another from here I tried to tell them all these problems were when I bought this car they won't help me they said I was a woman and didn't know how to drive the car and they told me to take it off eco but nothing helped they won't fix my real issues I even turned in a estimate but I never heard back

Yancey the general manager as he described himself is not at all truthful. I asked if the 09 maroon expedition listed for 10995.00 had any rust. I was assured it did not. I made the 1.5 hrs drive to find out the rocker panels were all but gone with rust. Yancey was gone when I arrived to test drive..cowardly cause he knew he LIED...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE FOLKS. High priced rusted just looking for your tax refund money..i will never buy or even look at this place ever. I also posted this to there Facebook page as well

they are not truthful when asked specific questions as to rust on vehicals..drove 1.5 hrs to look at a rusted out piece of crap the 2009 maroon expedition they have listed for 10995.00 folks dont waste your time for an extremely over priced vehicle because it is tax refund time.

Bought an '08 Impala from Roger in 2009. Still driving it today with nearly 280k miles on it! Roger took my sickly Ford on trade and gave me a super deal on my Chevy. He took care of all my bank paperwork & I didnt have to do a thing. Would highly recommend Roger! May be back for another one myself, before long?

My husband purchased a 2010 Ford F-150 here because they offered a better trade in value than other dealers. The vehicle was represented as having a tune-up, the rearend replaced, working 4 wheel drive and he has had nothing but problems since day 1. The 4 wheel drive doesn't work, the truck shakes and makes awful noises in the rear when you take off. After 3 trips back to the dealer, they put 2 worthless tires on it and their unwitting service dept. kept coming up with ridiculous and unprofessional excuses for the obvious problems. The vehicle was completely misrepresented and needless to say we will dissuade everyone we know to never do business there.

These are some of the most honest and professional people in the used car business I have interacted with. Yancy is amazing! I did have a small issue with the vehicle after purchase but they were very polite and quick to address it. Normally you'd be screwed without a warranty! The prices on Roger's vehicles are fair. I test drove many vehicles at other dealerships with comparable or lower prices but the cars always had undisclosed issues. Roger Williams gave me peace of mind with my purchase and I will definitely consider his dealership in the future when I'm back in the market for another car.
