I wrecked my car and spent three weeks looking for a replacement. I finally ended up at Jerry Haag Motors. I found a car but it wasn't what I was expecting to buy. However, once I drove it (a Buick Enclave), I knew I was taking it home. There were a few issues but Steve Haag, the general manager, ensured they were fixed before I took the car home. One of the things I found that impressed me was the friendliness of everyone I encountered at the dealership; something I didn't experience anywhere else. It was a car buying experience that I truly enjoyed.

The salesman was attentive and did not try to upsell me into a vehicle that I didn't want or need. I just love it when a salesman sells me what I want not what they want.

The service department is wonderful. Keith greeted me with a smile and listened carefully to my concerns. When the work was finished, he explained the work that had been completed and addressed my concern. I have purchased my last 2 cars from them and will be a return customer.

Called the Jerry Haag body shop to get my sunroof replaced because it was shattered. They said I would have to bring it in to get an estimate. So I taped up the edges of the glass and drove it over for the estimate. He pulled up the 2020 Equinox on his computer and said I can order the parts as soon as the insurance approves the invoice. I said ok and he sent the invoice to my insurance then he stated to me that he never replaced a sunroof before. (now he tells me that!) So, invoice already sent to insurance he tells me we can schedule when the parts arrive. Three weeks pass so I call the body shop and he tells me that he was just about to call me (yah right) so I asked if the parts were in and he said they just came in this past Saturday. So, I asked when can you get me in? He said I have an opening in 4 weeks, WHAT! 4 weeks, I have been without my car for 3 weeks as is if you were so busy why did you not schedule a time when I received the estimate and approval from my insurance!!! No way in hell am I going to let them touch my car. Calling my insurance company to see what other options I have at this point. If you want to be without your car for months this is the place to take it to get a repair! And yes my repair is just replacing the glass on a sunroof! Disappointed in Hillsboro, Ohio

Nice truck, decent price, good salesman. Jerry Haag made us feel right at home. Overall good experience.
