Received great service yesterday with Vicki Proctor I made an appointment and was seen on time, she was well organized, respectful, and knowledgeable. Been going to her for the last 2 years at Jackson Hewitt and I love her! There were 2 other ladies there didn’t catch their names but they were super sweet, the office is very well family oriented.

I've been with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in Hillsboro since 2014. I've been very pleased with them and the professionalism of the staff working there. Their office's are clean and set properly to insure your information is safe at a talking voice. The receptionist is always friendly and asks if I need a water or a snack while I have my taxes done. Not to mention I get the best rates and don't feel as though I'm getting cheated out of money owed back to me. I suggest Hillsboro, Ohio office for all your tax preparation!

They are very friendly and professional. Linda Starr at the Hillsboro location is my absolute favorite. She's the only person I'll go to to file my taxes. Definitely recommend them.
