My experience was one I'll not soon forget
. As I was arrived at H&R block one morning I was explaining my tax info . With a young lady at the front desk, she was suddenly distracted from outside, excusing herself hurried outside where there was an elderly man struggling with walking with untied shoe laces. Without hesitation she nelt down and secured his laces.. when arriving back inside the office with apologies..she said how she feared he may fall .. I told her how beautiful and heart warming her act of kindness was ❤ ? God bless you
