Visiting from Florida. Needed Alpha lipoic acid that I had run out of. The clerk had one bottle left so she put it back until i could get to the store to pick it up . So thankful!

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ATTACKED. Their self-proclaimed head pharmacist (not his title according to corporate), Travis, took it upon himself to lean out of the drive-thru window and literally scream at me and tell me that I "wasn't worth his time." Why? Because I asked why they hadn't filled my prescriptions properly as they were supposed to have done several days prior and that I was assured had been taken care of already. Even though I have been told by corporate that everything I requested was very much within their job description, the staff refused to call my insurance and get the correct override code for my 30-day supplies, and Travis thought it was acceptable to lunge out the window and yell at me how it wasn't worth his time to do his job, and how I could just take it or leave it. I obviously chose to go to a pharmacy that will do their job, and does not scream and assault customers. After mentioning this in a local community group, I found out he actually behaves this way quite often, and apparently has gotten away with it up until this point. That's entirely unacceptable, and no CVS will ever get my business again.

Didn't realize I needed motion sickness medication until I needed motion sickness medication! Luckily, this CVS had what I needed!

Poor service. Prescriptions were called in for my husband after surgery. Oral meds were filled, but not the diabetic supplies needed. I had to go back the next day to pick those up EVEN THOUGH they had been called in at the same time. I was told they were not covered by any of the insurances he had, so they just didn't fill them. I had them fill them, but they didn't fill the scrip room a vital part and one that was called in at the same time. FINALLY got all the supplies needed AFTER 3 TRIPS. I am finding a new pharmacy.

Horrible place to have to rely on for important medicines ! Over and over nothing but problems .My surgeon after many attempts to fill my medicine and after doing it himself to be sure there was no way it was any error on his staffs part called me after hours to strongly encourage me to use a different pharmacy because he believes there to be Negligence on this pharmacy’s part ..

Went through the drive threw this girl working let go of my money before I even touched it lost all of my change because it was gone by the time I went back around the money never touched my hand before she let go of it.

Nice girl working, ups drop off. No clear signs of where that is. Girl was working by her self. Few people in store. Ups drop off is front counter.

well ran place. seems to always have the prescription i need. answers questions with a positive attitude. just don’t like the amount of texts that are automated about your prescriptions.
