Nicole is great. If u could clone Nicole and have her in every cricket store, no other phone companies would have business, cuz everyone would prefer to deal with Nicole. Service is great, she's friendly and understanding of the very complex needs of my family. Honestly probably the best phone company employee I have ever dealt with

Casey is the best he got me a new phone transfered quick and easy even though I wasn't eligible for an upgrade he made the price still affordable and I am happy cause I didn't have a lot to spend today

Nicole helped us bring our number over from Spectrum and we didn't have to worry about a thing. She even transferred all of our stuff onto our new phones at no extra cost and she is such a sweet and pleasant lady. We highly recommend the store in Hillsboro.
