The team at Zippy Shell Columbus is amazing. We had our stuff in storage for 5 months and all went well. The owner delivered our storage unit to us to unload and even helped us move everything out. I would recommend them to anyone in need of help with moving, storage, etc. 10/10 service!

We had an amazing experience with Zippy Shell! The movers, Carter and Kevin, were so great and helpful. We initially got 1 container but quickly realized we would need another. The Zippy Shell team was able to provide us another on short notice and they picked it back up so we could get started on our long drive. Moving is stressful and the team helped make it easier.

Zippy Shell completed my move from Columbus, Ohio to Missouri efficiently, on time, and with no damage to my belongings. The employees are friendly and respond positively to requests. They handled my furniture with care and everything arrived safely. Highly recommend!

We needed Zippy Shell to store tables and chairs for an outside event. They were helpful in determining how many containers we needed, prompt with a quote, and timely with delivery and pick-up. It was a seamless process and I would happily use them again.

I’ve used Zippy Shell multiple times for multiple moves over the years. The team has always been on time, extremely communicative, friendly, and professional! They’ve also always helped navigate things when I make changes last minute - which is a customer’s dream - as I’m never made to feel bad, always accommodated! I would recommend them to anyone. 10/10 stars!! I’ll be referring them to my clients from now on, as I’m now a licensed Realtor in Ohio. You can’t beat this first class service!!

I very highly recommend this company. They were easy to get scheduled and their employees were professional, very hard-working and friendly. They brought the pod when they said they would, they kept us informed on how they were progressing as they packed it and completed filling it within the two hour timeframe they had suggested. We hope to use them when we actually move the rest of our house next month. If Dylan and Jaden are available then, I would ask for them personally. I dealt with the owner for scheduling and he even called me back on a Saturday. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks guys.

The movers showed up on time and ready to work. They handled each item as if it were their own.They were very friendly. If you are going to move just call Zippy and David and his men will do the rest. This is the second time that they moved us and we are completely satisfied.

Overall the service was good. However, the billing was not explained to me at all. I have looked through all of my emails that state there is a delivery fee, but not a pickup fee. The pickup fee was over $100. This guy called me like 2 days in a row worried about these pickup fees. I just think it's shady not to disclose there is pickup fees for onsite storage containers or not tell your customers about it. I plan on disputing this with my bank. All the documentation I have does not say anything about pickup fees.
