Used We Fix It at this Batteries Plus location through a SquareTrade claim and it was a breeze. I setup my appointment the day before for a screen replacement, gave them my claim number, then dropped off my phone for about an hour and a half and got a new screen and batter (the battery is free with a screen replacement)....
