Absolutely the most ignorant staff. The person that I had the misfortune to deal with was AWFUL. The people talking to another staff member one desk over were obviously not happy either. I walked out. Terrible Terrible location.

Absolutely the best service I ever had at Verizon. Been a customer for 10+ years and thanks to Collen, My wife and I will always come here if we ever need help again. He fully understood the problem we were having and worked on fixing it until we were completely happy.

employees don't want to do their job or don't know how to do their job. i had to go in on three different occasion and each occasion was told by the employees they could not help me. when i call verizon i am immoderately helped by their customer service and they have confirmed on three separate occasions that the employees should have been able to help me. save your time and go to another location where the five employees doing nothing are willing to help

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the this Verizon location in Ohio, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The entire team at this location was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them with utmost professionalism and care.
In particular, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Kiriana. She went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and my issue was resolved. Kiriana's dedication to customer service is truly commendable. As a business owner myself, I understand the value of exceptional employees, and Kiriana is undoubtedly an asset to Verizon.
I would like to take this opportunity to request a pay raise for Kiriana. A small increase in her compensation would not only recognize her outstanding performance but also motivate her to continue delivering exceptional service. Furthermore, I firmly believe that such recognition would attract new customers and retain existing ones, leading to increased business for Verizon.

I advise everyone don't come here it's really a scam disaster the service and so horrible, For months he has continued to rip us off with prices that are really very high than what we said at the beginning. Save your money ? go somewhere else

l would give ZERO star, worst network ever people here are unprofessional & they just keep making lies to convince you to continue with them.l were with them 4 months & this was a nightmare, the ripped you off be telling you will pay lower than other networks but it's all fake. SAVE YOUR TIME & YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
