This used 2 be a first class bank until it changed management 4 the worse.. poor customer service, poorly trained tellers, all sorts of banking errors and hassle from individuals either not being trained properly and or not suited for the job....taking orders at White Castle or working 4 Rumpke might be a better fit. (Something that doesnt require any REAL skills) To make a long story short...the present posture of the place doesnt seem like a good fit for those who work there. Not to get into stereotypes but the branch manager's gold tooth for example and chartreuse socks does nothing to enhance or give a sense of professionalism. The point - what may be appropriate for running a Spencers boutique just doesnt cut it in managing a US Bank branch. Complaining to the district manager doesnt help. They r well aware of the crappy service at this branch and continue to do nothing.

This is normally a very friendly bank. If you walk inside, they're nicer but I have had a couple of really bad experiences here lately with a man at the self-service here and the ATM been down quite a bit.I prefer the one in Kroger on Cemetary Rd

Waited 35 minutes to do my banking because there was only 1 teller. This is ridiculous. We’ve banked with USBANK for 20 years. Guess it’s time to close the accounts and either deal in cash or find a new bankHeather: you cannot get a cashiers check or money order anywhere but in person.

Worst ATM EVER!!! I'm pretty sure the bank has better hours than the ATM. Another reason why I don't and won't bank here!!!

If you are planning for a trip to this location, prepare yourself to stay overnight, and don't forget to bring your blanket and some snacks because it is going to be a VERY LONG DAY!! Today i visited this branch to pay the mortgage at the drive through. I put my check and statement inside that thing and i pressed send. I waited in my car for more than 20 minuts without any one to tell me (we will be right with you)!!! I pressed call for service multiple times but nothing, dead silence. I drived my car at the front door and i went inside, i found only one teller and she was laughing with a customer and my check and statment right beside her at that thing i sent 25 minuts ago. I waited in the line and after another 10 minuts of helping other customers VERY VERY VERY SLOWLY, another teller finally came beside her and he picked my check, i told him this is mine by the way, he looked at me and he didn't know what to say. I told him that i waited in my car for 25 minuts and this teller did not even told me to wait, she ignored me and ignored my calls and kept helping inside customers!! He said sorry! Just sorry, and he was very ignorent. This is not the first time this happen at this branch. Every month if i decided to pay the mortgage at this location i have to wait at least 15 to 25 minuts after sending my info at the drive through, but at least they used to tell me to wait, but this time the teller were very unprofessional and ignored me totally. After this i went to make a deposite at Huntington bank drive through, i did it in less than 2 minuts.U.S. Bank you should think of closing this branch or at least change your employees or get MORE tellers instead of having only one teller andteach them how to use the drive through. By the way, i never saw in my life the teller is the same persone who is helping at the drive through! How he/she will manage to help inside and outside. GET MORE PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES OR CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

I had to do a wire transfer and the teller was very accommodating and talked me through the process. I am sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was young and had long blonde hair. It was a busy time but they got people in and out efficiently

ATM down and one employee for the lobby and drive through. Ugh! Not unusual for this branch unfortunately.

I had some issues when first starting my bank account and Jesse from this branch helped me out, walked me through everything, explained it all to me and even took the time to call me back to let me know when the problem was resolved.he was always willing to do what needed to be done and he kept his patience through it all so I’m thankful and grateful for this branch and it’s people.

Can’t wait to switch banks. This chain has the worst customer service.

In more than 20 years of banking here I have never had a single problem. Not a single account error, no explained charges, tellers are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. With most businesses these days I can't even get through a single interaction without hair-pulling complete and utter incompetence, so this flawless track record by US Bank is unprecedented.

I visited the Hilliard branch today for assistance with notary public services, when instead I received condescension and confusion specifically from the branch manager/notary public Eric Ayers. I witnessed him fumble around on his computer keyboard for several minutes before he stated he couldn’t help me with my request. When I pressed him for detail, he was unable to provide a plausible reason. (I would later find out that day from a legitimate notary public service that the request for notary services I was making is routinely done by banks.)I never thought I’d see the day that a bank manager wearing a tacky Hawaiian print shirt and cargo shorts would rather have me close my account on the spot instead of admitting his lack of knowledge regarding the matter I came in for. My father always said, “the customer is not always right, but they are always first.” US Bank, represented by Eric Ayers chose to put himself first instead of his customer, resulting in the loss of this customer’s decades long business. A complaint had also been filed directly with US Bank customer service.

Details about My Experience- Incredibly Rude, condescending, and Not at all WRONG even when they ARE! I recently paid $320 in fees because I trusted their system to align itself with My deposits! When I realized my account was going to overdraw after 5hours! 5 HOURS, I was hit with 3 fees! Which I deposited More to cover, then Fees again. I couldn't believe it! When I pointed the balance out, the difference was $3.84 cents... It cost Me 324 in fees. 9 fees, $36 each. I have many transactions to keep track of, so I know. Absolutely HORRIBLE HUMANS! Because they could in A Second DO THE RIGHT THING! No! NO THEY WILL NOT! After Everything clears, I Am changing Banks! No! Not Cool! Not Happening Again! - No Email, No alerts, No phone call, UNTIL TODAY... Thats funny! Real Funny! Thank You for STEALING FROM ME! Enjoy Your Lunch, apparently Im buying!!!
