All other stores never charges for Amazon return, but this store will charge you to print the label, 2.99, total scam, will never give my my business again.
Also, very unpleasant staff, Kem and the store manager.

Felt bad because I walked in 5 minutes before close. Associate Jordan was incredibly friendly and helpful printing off a return and packaging up said return for me on something urgent. I am grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown.

I hate to rate it this low, but I’ve only been to the store maybe 2-3 times and twice my Amazon returns were lost and I didn’t get the refund. I won’t go back. I still like UPS, but go to Staples on Trueman for everything now. Staples does everything UPS can do that I need and they have never lost a package.

I had a few Amazon returns. The guy behind the counter turned me away, saying my packaging wasn't sufficient. I think a better solution would have been to offer an envelope or small box.
Upon my return, the other guy behind the counter was baffled and confused about how to do an Amazon return.
Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Apparently it’s $1.25 to tape the box that I’ve already paid this shipping facility to ship my package. I am pretty sure these are independently owned, so this is a new cheap low for the UPS store. I already paid several dollars for shipping, but no tape included! lol
The directions on my return did not say I needed anything printed prior either and I always get my boxed taped when I ship from the store in Westerville. I’ve literally walked in and they do everything. Don’t take the returns for “free” when they’re not free.

Very bad service. Dropped off two packages with prepaid labels. An older lady scanned them, then threw them on the cart which was about three feet away and close to the ground. If my package wasn't as sturdy as it was it would have broken. I know it's the customer's responsibility to package things securely but it was shocking to see such a complete lack of effort right in front of a customer. She did the same thing to the people in front of us: they had two large packages and rather than picking them up she pushed them over and let them drop to the floor. I think they were shocked as well.

Keep in mind, UPS Store is not the same as UPS, UPS Store is a franchise. That being said, UPS completely flubbed my signature required delivery, they never showed up at my door while I was home that morning and sitting right by the door waiting (losing 1/2 day work). The UPS Trabue customer center is permanently closed; as I rarely get packages due to the abysmal delivery of UPS, I didn't realize that, so I turned to UPS Store for help. This store was amazingly helpful, sensitive to my dilemma (my item was an irreplaceable hand-made/sewn birthday item shipped from Washington state) and answered so many questions that UPS just isn't there to handle. Thanks to the Store, I was able to figure out how to reroute my item to the Store after UPS claimed to have come (no knock, no post-it on my door, contractors parked by my building didn't see the UPS truck either!); however, UPS charges for reroute, which UPS should've footed (not the first time they've flubbed a delivery to my townhome). Nonetheless, UPS Store was the lifesaver and had excellent customer service; it's a pity they use "UPS" in their store name since their service is excellent and the company delivering to them (UPS) is abysmal for customer service. Highly recommend UPS Store and am very grateful for their assistance; a total of 4 different employees assisted me over a 2 day period and each one 5-star excellent! Thank you!
