The associates in the store are great. The delivery people are the ones that rank a big 0. Be prepared for your order to show up Early early and outside your house. They will send you an email which is fine if you're checking your email at 6:00 AM. Didn't else send you a text saying your deliveries coming after it's been delivered. Then they will ask you to submit a survey and they will submit it themselves.

We ordered a door - we were told it would be here by a certain date - had the workers come and cut out the door.... the door was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. the door is not in Ohio and were told we'd be "lucky to get it Monday". Horrible.

9 am on a Friday and only one person working customer service. BMV cares more than the Home Depot.

Needed some drywall and other odds and ends to finish a project - had previously ordered a custom door that was ready for pickup here. Online-ordered the drywall and planned to come after work, rent their 75min truck and get it home.Get there after work and go up to the pickup counter, tell them I'll be renting the truck and they say "Okay we'll get your stuff together, go rent the truck." Get down to Rentals and the woman says "I don't rent the truck after 6." No I'm sorry or hey I'm so sorry we can't rent it after 6 or anything, just plain as day and almost annoyed that I'm asking - "I don't rent the truck after 6."You're open until 10, it's a 75min truck rental for $19, I work UNTIL 6, and you literally have this policy posted nowhere (if it's not just a case of the worker being lazy). "Okay, let me go cancel my $700 order."And I did exactly that. Not a super convenient truck rental if the only people who can use it are the ones who A)don't have a day job or B)are contractors who already have a truck.

Guy at the rental center was rude and condescending and didn't listen to what I was saying. Kept giving me his opinion without knowing what the situation was.

In and out! Had a painless experience at this Home Depot location in Hilliard. Located the items we needed online to confirm stock and pricing, asked an employee about their location (he named the exact aisle), then purchased them. Spacious store, clean store that wasn't too crowded. Conveniently located off the freeway exit. An overall smooth experience.

I’d like to share my awful experiences here at home depot Hilliard. I unfortunately came in on a day when Chris was not having a good morning. Yeah sure his wrist hurt but that sure isn’t an excuse to be giving customers attitude and not providing customer service and doing your job. Additionally after using the tool I called in within an hour to inform them the tool doesn’t work and I can’t return it until later in the day because I had an emergency come up. They told me they would put the tool rental on pause and I can exchange it out. When I got there they forced me to pay for the rental and refused to make up for the loss of the tool. Chris the tool and Home Depot tool rental at this location is the worst do yourself a favor and stay away.

Ah yes .... the place where I can find most anything and one of the first places we go to when we need a new home appliance. Oh, I forgot, they usually have an awesome selection of indoor plants too. This past week I was in to buy a Monstera (love!!!) and a spider plant (love!!). We can always count on this location to be clean and the staff to be super helpful. One of my favorite places to go to!!

Poor service. Employees grouped talking in corners. Once I found someone to help me get something he never returned to help me. I left and went to Roush Hardware, 100% difference. Do not go here, go to Roush.

Used to be good please to rent tools, lately not so much. They always try to rent the tool based on what they think is needed for project, and not what you want. Last two times I ended up renting from Sunbelt, even though it was a little more.
