Not helpful. Went to a smaller T-Mobile and they were able to address and assist with the issue I was having.

We purchased our phone on tmobile's website for pick-up in the store. Upon arrival, we were told that they stop doing iphone transfers at 6pm, even though the store closes at 8pm. It was not noted or advised anywhere that customers must come to the store 2 hours before close to have their phone information transferred.The store reps were also not knowledgeable about the type of order we placed - thinking it was a warranty exchange and not a full purchase. Veru unprofessional. Would not recommend this location.

My father went into the store to get help with his account with the autopay changes and to pay off an iPad he had been paying on. They told him he had to call in and they couldn't help. When he asked for the manager they told him they wouldn't help without him calling. The manager Jason Harrison told my dad to leave the store because my dad was frustrated that they wouldn't help him. My dad is older and prefers to do as much business in person so he is talking to someone face to face and getting the help he wanted. To kick someone out of the store because they are frustrated with the service they are getting is incredibly rude and unprofessional. This is one of the many reason we are leaving T-Mobile.

While waiting in line, a customer in line before me leaves the store TWICE to go to her car. Other customers are expected to wait while she gets her act together. In the interim, the representative is texting ON HER phone and there are literally three people just waiting!! Very unprofessional. Do not come here

Open for business and said today they don't have the codes to take cash .More like manager didn't want to count down his drawn.Ive paid cash before here all his reply was not today.He lacks explanation of professionalism. When I need to get a new phone I definitely remember this experience.

Couple days ago came into store to buy cellphone accessories. So I walked into the store no one was inside the store .To my surprise the young girl sitting in her car listening to music.After awhile she walks inside t mobile embarrassed and says I didn't see you.i guess good help hard to find ,but no one associate should leave store empty.unprofessional store employees

I stop by at this location to get a screen protector but after I was talking to Amy I decide to get a Apple Watch , and she is helping out to get a business account set up best thing I can say is that Amy is one of the best customer service I ever meet . She is sweet , patient, and she try so hard to help everyone and make everyone happy like me for example I’m very happy with my Apple Watch and my screen protector. I wish I should know this store from a while ago

went in twice to get new phone, port over from ATT and add line to wifes existing account. Twice I left this store empty handed because employees either unwilling or unable to comprehend process. Second time I sat in parking lot and called corporate customer service who confirmed my options and sent me to Henderson Rd Store. Where I got better deal then I hoped for and problem solved quickly.
