Spectrum over the phone was excellent. Black haired lady at hilliard Rome rd store was super rude however. She tried to have me add a cell phone line for $10/month, that's her job, i politely said no thanks. She kept trying. I also do sales so I don't blame her and i stayed polite. But she was rude with her attempts to get me to add the line. As if i was wasting her time since I only wanted to switch out my router with the newer one. Just please be polite to others. You can sell your product, and try again after they say no, but you don't have to be rude when you do it. She didn't say anything rude. Her demeanor just changed and she started looking angry and her tone was angry. Please just correct this. Otherwise thank you for your help ma'am.

Employees would rather have extended conversations with customers rather than expedite getting customers out of the store. I suggest you go to any other spectrum store

Been waiting for more than 30 minutes to just make a return.
Staff members not caring at all of the other waiting clients.
I saw many customers even leaving because they were made to wait even longer.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Christina was VERY kind and helpful. We drove across town after an absolutely horrendous experience at the Town and Country store. The folks here are welcoming and Christina was all about helping and making this a very pleasant and efficient experience. We will continue to drive across town for this store.

We made an appointment online for 1 PM but got there early. Sean took care of us immediately with fast, efficient, friendly service and we were actually out of there before 1 PM. Highly recommend this location and Sean.

I went in today to drop off my equipment and the lady at the help desk was VERY rude. When I walked in I walked straight to the desk (there were only two other customers in at the time who I could tell was also having unpleasant experiences) and told them I needed to drop off my equipment. The lady very disrespectfully said “you’re gonna have to give me a minute I’m trying to do something” at this point I was just like okay? And had a seat. I stayed for all of 5 minutes and witnessed another employee get rude with an older gentleman who was trying to sign in on the self service sign in thing. The man was having trouble getting it to work and asked for help I know 5 times (none of the employees were helping other customers) a man stood up and sighed like it was an issue to help the gentleman and talked to him like he was incompetent when the self service thing was indeed having issues. I got up and walked out. I not be going back to this location and probably will never use spectrum again. Very poor customer service. If you hate your job, find another one. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I was lied to about the price of the internet/wifi from both the ads and the representative who signed me up. I called customer support to try to get it figured out and they were no help. False advertisement and dishonest business practices.
