This gas station is garbage. My mom had to go inside to pay. We found out that they couldn’t give her a full tank of gas because the district manager was too lazy to fill up the gas pumps because he probably has been at home a lot playing his Xbox. The only good thing about this gas station is that they let my mom buy me a Cherry Coke Zero. Otherwise, this was a terrible experience. We will never come back.

Couldn't get a single credit card reader to work on multiple pumps. Spent way too much time here "trying" to get gas. Long line inside told me paying inside was going to be stressful. Went across the street to Speedway and was pumping gas in a minute.

I don’t even know why the #%#% I’m writing this. The cashier on duty right now made a comment that just rubbed me the wrong way. I’m not going to get into the whole story but I told him I was stressed and he was like “ I don’t think you know what stress is. Have you ever had a gun pulled on you?” He was saying it in an aggressive way and just made me feel stupid. I’m sitting there thinking is he really telling me how I’m supposed to feel? I get the older generation are stuck in their ways but damn give me some slack. You don’t know me and I don’t know you. The whole convo was bizarre and I won’t be back for a while.

I attempted to use my food stamp card. They accept them however the girl was not trained on using the machine.I fortunately had money to pay for my items but some people simply do not. There are people in poverty and what if they needed something for their kids or were diabetic.These are just scenarios and I know this is a more prominent area of town but that is not an excuse for employees not to be properly trained. Inclusivity is vital regardless of class. Do better.

I work in the area and stop in here nearly nightly. The night shift and mid shift crew are always so kind and have exceptional customer service. They remember me and ask me about topics I told them about weeks ago! Incredible incredible team, can’t talk about them enough.

If I could rate this store a zero I would! I went in yesterday with my son to buy snacks for #SharkWeek. I didn't feel like going into the regular grocery store. I chose to go to shell gas station yesterday instead. We got our snacks and a Caucasian man with a ball head and glasses was checking us out. There was also a Hispanic lady mopping the floor. I asked the man did they accept foodstamps he said "unfortunately we do." I asked to clarify if that's what he said and he told me yes. I didn't say anything else because he was bias and discriminating against me. I had my son with me that has behavioral issues and I couldn't react the way I wanted to. I called the store and asked Shayla who was the manager and told her what happened. She said he was apart of management. I was totally shocked that you would have someone like that in management. She then proceeded to tell me he meant no harm in it. It's just that people have foodstamps and come in and buy a bunch of junk. "First of all that is none of your or his business. "what I stated. I also told her I was one of those people yesterday. It's not ANYONES business nor is it a reason to treat my son and I less than because we decided to bring our business to Shell and not Kroger. I have been in the Hilliard area for 8 years. I will gladly tell them not to come there. I will gladly get a peaceful protest together if this is how you guys treat Black women that work and pay taxes and recieve benefits. I would love to talk to the district manager/ owner and have their information. I see how you all have handled other people's concerns. I am not one of those people and I would tread lightly. I will not stop until those two individuals are fired!!!!! You all have to have a better training as well.

The tattoo manager lady works a pick pocket sceme with her (wife)/partner be aware of her. The lady behind the counter distracts you while the one she's talking to stands beside/behind you and takes your money.
