First time at this location today. Just to use the restroom and grab a couple drinks and snacks. Really impressed with this location. The bathroom was immaculate. The lady manager working afternoon shift was very friendly! Super friendly actually and she wanted to make sure my experience was great. This place deserves 10 stars. Cold drinks and a great snack along with gas (Cheapest in town!) and I was on my way. Thank you for a great experience.

This place used to be great but the last FIVE visits ive been here ive been insanely disappoined. The straw that broke the camels back was my "frozen" coffee was all chunks of ice in coffee. Its like they barely even blended it. My hotdogs were short, sad and cold. My fiance had one of the worst quesoritos EVER. Just a wall of meat, then a wall of rice and a wall of sour cream like whoever made it hasnt ever made a burrito in their lives! Even his frozen red bull had chunks of ice all the way through it. I shouldnt have to chew my drinks. There was only ONE order before ours, I dont understand the carelessness. Every item in our order was extremely disappointing. Cant stand to come here anymore. I used to love this place but im so done, its so depressing.
Edit: AND one of the employees was cleaning up the dining room while we were there and they just pushed ALL the chairs in (they make a loud horrific noise, so you would think they would try to lift up the chair slighty to show some care to the people eating in, but no they didnt. So I had to hear a horrific squeal about 12 times.) Seriously bad experience all together.

How are you closed, its 24/7. Just walked in on Sunday night aroung 1am and was yelled at to get out they're closed, with no explanation. Way to lose business

Two times at this location using my Sheetz card to get money off per gallon, both times they say my app swiped and I ask are you sure.. I don’t see the rewards info or the gas discount.. both times never got anything.. if’s not a big deal but it’s also like can you please check what I’m explaining seeing as I know how the sheetz app works for gas purchases as a driver for income. People are nice there though!

Sheetz the Fire Roasted Tomatoe Sauce… we need it back! Sheetz was our go to for breakfast for me and 4-5 others coworkers. We’d head there on our way to our first job site, every single day. I’d spend $12 every day on a delicious burrito Until they got rid of their fire roasted tomato sauce! Ok so the ONLY signature breakfast sauce and did they replace it with anything? Like a good cains or chipotle? No they added an extra buffalo and BBQ sauce.
What about breakfast?
Without the sauce we just realized it was a standard breakfast that we beat 10X over by several other restaurants/gas stations like speedway cafe. We haven’t done back since. Looked on Reddit and it looks like I’m not alone. Many people have stopped getting breakfast at Sheetz after the fire roasted tomato sauce was discontinued. You should have promoted/advertised it if sales were low, not get rid of it and then not replace it with something comparable.

Amazing gas station. I was so happy when they came to Columbus. Delicious food, cheap gas, and free air for your tires! I love this place. I would have given 5 stars, but my fiancee texted me that she was breaking up with me when I was using the toilet one day and I will always remember that. Very clean bathrooms though!

Happy they got rid of the $150 limit on gas so I can actually fill up my 50 gallon tank all at once. Food is okay, only option for late night in Hilliard.

Your store hours show you're open 24 hours but the pumps aren't? I went to fill up at 2:55 AM on my way home from work and the lights and pumps turned off as I put my card in to start pumping.

Everything besides fuel is way overpriced. This has to be the most expensive gas station in Columbus. I don’t get how they charge these prices. I guess they need to make up for that cheapish gas.

Thats worst sheet shop I have ever seen. Employe didn’t have tag with name on her but she said her is name Tay. As soon as she noticed my accent she started giving attitude. She doesn’t know there is some policies for selling tobacco products… she thought she can choose by herself to sell or not! Even reading that policy in front of me didn’t help her to understand the law!
