Each location had their unique benefits, but none of them gave us the family-feel that we got when walking through the doors of Primrose at Mill Run. Ms. Jane, Ms. Aaryn, and Ms. Maggie in Infant I quickly learned our daughter’s routine and she settled right in. Their communication and pictures on the app is so helpful, and gives us a glimpse into her day. Our daughter has moved on to Infant II where they are feeding her well-balanced meals, and advancing their curriculum to meet her developmental milestones. We are so grateful for Ms. Shea and Ms. Amber! In the chaos of the morning, it is so nice to pack just the baby and bottles— diapers/wipes/and meals are all provided! If you’re in the market for daycare for your little one, look no further!”

“The last two years have been amazing bc with KinderCare. Our son started going at 3 months old and continued until 2 years (we moved out of state). I begged for them to move with us but they all declined, darn it.Stacy the director is always on top of communication. She would call if anything happened, and sent timely updates on our app about weather, class parties, etc. I always felt like I knew what was going on and that I was included. I genuinely built a relationship with her and her teachers. Miss Stacy ensured our son was well cared for and he took such a liking to her. They were best buds.Miss Gabbi was also a great teacher, and assistant director. My son was always so excited to see her and she would update me on how his day went. It was so refreshing to know that his teachers care so much for him. She is incredibly personable which made all of our transitions so much easier. As a first time parent she gave excellent advice. We truly appreciated that.Miss Ashley always knew how to calm my son. She kept things vibrant and exciting in the class. I knew if he was upset when I left in the morning she would help calm him down. She engaged the kids and always made it a fun and safe environmentMiss Mori communicated so well! She always made sure to tell us how our son was doing especially when he was not feeling well. She made a point to let us know.Miss Vee kept our son well fed!! He loved her so much and would light up when we walked in. She made sure to build relationships with the parents even though she is not a designated teacher.Your child will learn so much! My son came home everyday impressing us with his new knowledge. His speech progressed astronomically as well! He came home knowing colors and even the ABC’s (we hadn’t even thought to teach him that yet).All in all I absolutely would recommend KinderCare There is no other place I would have wanted my son to grow and develop in Hilliard.”

“Both of my kids have attended here. We began 7 years ago, and it has been a wonderful experience. Both my kids had many seasoned teachers who went out of their way to partner with me and my spouse to help our kids learn and address some little behavioral challenges along the way. Management has always heard any minor concern I’ve had, and they have been extremely flexible with changing work schedules and care needs, much more so than other daycares per the experiences of my friends with children elsewhere. If you want a place that is communicative, caring, planful and dedicated at a reasonable cost, LPA Hilliard is it.”

Additionally, the preschool classes have taught my girls a lot and prepared them well for kindergarten, which has been a blessing. “We hadn't had a great experience at our last childcare facility but we've been at Primrose West for a few months now and cannot say enough good things about it. Everyone has been so helpful, welcoming, and caring. It's clear how much everyone there truly cares about the kids. Miss Lexi and Miss Paige (along with Mr. Mikey and all of the amazing support staff) have truly been a blessing to our family in the few months we've been attending. “This place is great! It's pricey but the cost includes diapers and wipes. The staff is friendly and management is always quick to respond on the app. You get live updates and there are camera so you can check in on your little one”
