Josh is super helpful. I was nervous to trust anyone with what happens with my car because I’m a woman and a lot of people will try to upsell me. Josh was happy to help, be honest and super nice and friendly even if it’s something as simple as replacing a car battery.

Darin is a butt wipe. He confronted me because I was going to get my Sam's club card from my phone. He begin taunting me telling me you can't use your phone to access your Sam's Club card. He came up close on me saying it again. I told him to get away from me and you don't have to come up on me to tell me anything. He said that is my job. I told him that isn't your job to come up on me period. Then Darin shouted go get a membership. I told him he doesn't know what I have! I went to the customer service desk and the guy was nice and gave me a print out that they scanned at the register. Since Covid is over people are back to being nasty if, not nastier than before! That didn't stop me from getting my groceries and I know that is what he wanted his behavior to do!

The Reynoldsburg location stopped my lug nut/stud. The tire technician claimed the lug nut was already stopped before I came in to get a tire balanced and rotation. The thing is they were the ones to work on my car last (the past several times actually). They refused to take responsibility and blamed it on me. I will be contacting corporate.

If you have a business or somewhere where you need to purchase food and bulk Sam's is the best. But if you don't need bulk, you're basically going just to be going. You don't really save any money. I don't like the hassle where they have to check my receipt when I leave. I feel like I'm trying to get out of a lockdown facility. I paid for it. I should be able to leave out without having to show the receipt. If they don't like that they should have all the registers open so you have to check out through a cashier. So I can't stand the fact that I have to wait in a long line after I scan my own self out that I didn't get paid for and then show a receipt. So I only go if I'm getting stuff for my company and I'm getting ready to stop doing that

If you value your time and your rims, do not have tires installed at this location. My tires came in and I received no phone call. I called in and had to have an associate from the central call center contact the vendor and track my tires down and schedule an appointment. They installed all 4 tires and apparently had zero regard for my rims as now each of them have visible scrapes and paint missing. They were not like this prior to having tires removed and installed at this location. The deal on the tires would have been great if I didn't now have to get new rims.

This review is for the gas station and store. I would say 4 stars on the gas station, and 3 for the store. Spent more time in the store so going with an over all of an OK experience (3 stars).This really is a Nice Sam's! I was getting low on gas and decided to stop and fill up. I have been a member of Sam's club for a hear and a half and never got gas at any of the locations.I use the app and have my card saved there for the Pay and Go option in the store so it made getting gas super easy. I filled up and my receipt was emailed to me.After getting gas I decided to run in and check out the store. It had started to rain and unfortunately upon getting inside there were no shopping carts in the corral. No greater at the door so just walked in and started looking for some items on my list. They had exactly what I was looking for that is hit or miss at most locations so that was really nice.Not all the check out lines or self checkouts were open and lines and people everywhere and in the way. I hate when a store doesn't have enough cashier and really hate when they don't have enough cashiers and all the self check out lanes open. So annoying but luckily Sam's has a scan and go with the app that you can do it all yourself and bypass all that. I don't think you should have to do this option but on days like this it is nice.Making my way out they had two employees that check your receipts and items so that was nice. There was still a line but I made it out hands full and back to my car. A nice option but think I will stay with the Sam's clubs closer to home.

Am Back Home!I have been a customer of Sam’s Club Hilliard Branch for about 20 years, bought several sets of tires for our family vehicles at its Tire and Battery Department.When Josh,my service advisor left, everything changed specifically as far as customer service satisfaction was concerned, that made me decide to move to a farther branch (Sawmill, Dublin).Sam’s Club always takes good care of their customers except the tire department head who luckily left already!Now that Josh Butterfield is back and manages the Tire and Battery Department again, everything is back to normal! Now, am HOME!Josh is a pillar who should be kept here to manage the department, hopefully until he retires!A branch is only as good as the kind of employees they have!More Power Josh!

Disappointed in their customer service. Hours online are not true, took 5 times of calling and letting it ring to the point of disconnect before someone finally answered. Answering was not going to help it seems because they were closing early (4pm) and couldn't patch my warrantied tire (by the way, this was at 1pm). They suggested that I go to a different location. The other location, that I drove to, couldn't patch my tire either, it was too late in the day (2:50pm). I tried again the next day only to be told that I would have to leave my car because they have appointments. I wanted to make an appointment and was told they were booked through December (today is 11/15). What good is a warranty if you can't get it fixed when necessary. I've learned my lesson. I gave 2 stars because the tire has been fine.

They have done a great job on my vehicles so far. I have brought multiple cars to them and never a single issue. The manager is very knowledgeable and friendly and the shop is super clean. Have had tires installed, balances, tpms sensors installed and flats repaired here. Highly recommend. Fair prices too.

Had a flat on Sunday in a rental. I am a Firestone card holder (down the road) but was told they didn't have time for me.Came in and took care of me in 30 minutes flat with a new tire. Extremely quick and friendly. Melissa was the person who helped and was awesome throughout

Customer service representative RUDE . I have NEVER been treated the way I was this evening. Asked to speak to the manager and was told NO. Felt that I was discriminated against as customer in line next to me had exact same issue as me and because they spoke broken English they were not treated like I was. One bad apple just cost you my membership and don’t worry, I will share my experience with friends and family as well as anyone else that will listen.

I have been a Sam's Club member for a while now and I've been to multiple ones in the Columbus area. There's plenty of parking at this location! All Sam's Club pretty much look the same, but this location is slightly bigger than some and more organized. Sometimes when you walk in a Sam's Club it feels almost like a zoo and everything and everyone is everywhere. They have everything you need and it's very clean. I haven't had long interactions with employees, but I've never seen them be rude. Because of covid right now, lines are social distanced. They do a great job of organizing lines and cashiers so that the line still moves quickly. I'll be back to this one!
