I worked with Adam Burton at Ross Realtors. I certainly recommend him to others & will definitely work with him again. It was a very efficient & satisfactory experience. Adam is very experienced, knowledgeable & was extremely helpful during the home search. Especially in the fast market that was happening at the time. He not only took me to places I wanted to see but also found good prospects that fit my criteria. He answered all my questions & concerns not just with the houses we saw & the one I chose but also the home buying process.

Lisa and Ross are great, we found our house after lots of looks. Hopefully they will sell our house quickly.A follow up. When it came time to sell our home in Hilliard, it went on the market and had multiple offers over asking in the same day. The brokerage handled the closing very professionally. If you are in need of a Realtor Lisa Martin is the best.

I have been buying and selling property for over 30 years, I would not use this agency (my opinion). I recently used Ross Realtors for the first time, I was very disappointed. I received an offer within two days (NOT from a Ross Realtor Client) the deal did not work out. I mentioned the following to Ross DiGiorgio:My experience with Ross Realtors – I will not be using Ross Realtors in the future1) When listing the property, the agent showed no interest property, did not ask any questions, did not enough walk the entire exterior2) Offer presented – listing agent did not inform sellers of any other interested parties3) Offer presented – listing agent did advise seller on the offer based on any other interest, such as inquiries.4) Low appraisal – agent did not contact appraisal company or do own research to back the listing agents set market value based on comps.5) Agent did not “work” for the saleMr DiGiorgio’s response: Yes we agree we will not be doing business in the future. Thanks for contacting our company.Wow - don't listen to your client - NOT goodAfter Ross Rebuttal - all I can say, there is two sides to every story

Went to a showing for a property owned by this company and Ryan the realtor never showed. I sat and waited an hour for him he never called and still hasn't to say at least I apologize for waisting your time! I will not be moving forward in business with this company...
