At the Ross store in Hilliard, Ohio, I had the worst experience ever. I had previously visited the store to search for clothes, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy anything at all, so I went to the Dublin Ross to check out their selection. I was unable to find any jeans that I liked for our family photos, so I returned to the Hillard store because the pair I had found for my kids was better. While shopping for a shirt for my college graduation family photos, I was racially profiled with my kids. By the way, I graduating college with HIGH HONORS, which is a huge accomplishment. The store manager followed us around, making sure to act busy so that it was not too obvious that she was following me and my kids until it was time for us to check out, at which point she left. It is extremely disheartening to see that in 2024, ignorance still prevails and people still think your skin tone poses a threat.

Good location with plenty of parking, store is clean and well maintained, Staff was friendly and helpful.

This store is terrible!!! One cashier while 20 of us wait in line to pay. I'm sitting here watching people leave full carts of merchandise and walk out the door !!! Do better or close this store !
