Looking for boho, I think I found it. Fitting rooms clean and orderly. Restrooms are also clean and orderly. Check out was a bit overwhelming with one cashier after I checked out. Parking is ready inside the strip

I came here looking to get glasses from the case. The line was long, so I didn’t mind waiting. A new person came and didn’t offer to help, so the lady at the register asked someone and the person came to help and was very friendly, but left to help that lady check people out. I was still looking, she left and tended to the line, and I said is till needed help and she told me I would have to wait for her to check this whole line of about 20 people with long carts that are full check out. I told her I’d been waiting and that’s not fair and she said I have to wait, and just ignored me and continued checking others out; I left.

It's a good size store , but only had one cashier at the time I was in , which was about 7:30 at night . The libe was a little long and made no sense the way it was set up . But a good store

This place is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have no staff, shoe shelves are bare, they need to close. It’s ridiculous!

Shelves always empty. Shoes departmet-0.Cosmetics-0. Nothing on shelves. Saleswoman listen music with head phone and ignoring your questions. Why go to the store if there is nothing to buy?)))

Do better at customer service! The Cashier just told me Ross has an issue with bags as she tired to give me my items to carry! That’s the most tackiest thing to tell someone no name tag on either. So I don’t know her name but her attitude needs to be better! customers are always first!! I won’t be giving Ross another penny since they so concerned about bags.Oh yeah not to mention the store is always a mess!!

25 people in line, one cashier. Tons of employees just starring at you in line why they do nothing. How about jump behind a register and help out. Also one other lane open took a return and then shut off her light to inspect the return for 15 minutes even put the return on. Smh

Such a strange Ross. There is hardly any merchandise in the store. I went in today to check out the closeout clearance, but there was not one thing on clearance.

I was so excited to find a Ross but was disappointed by the unkept and messy store. There was only one checkout open which wasn't a problem since I didn't have to wait that long. There seemed to be a number of employees that weren't actually doing anything ... just wandering around. Selection was picked over and racks and shelves were empty or messy.
