My alternator went out in my Chevy impala & I had to have it towed in…I called Randy w/the info…he texted me to let me know that my vehicle arrived @ his shop…several hours later…got a phone call from Randy telling me it’s ready for pick up…Randy has been working on both of my vehicles for about 7 years now…from when he worked as a manager @ Midas off Henderson Rd to his current position as a manager here @ Richeys….he’s loyal…he has compassion & very well educated on vehicles…Highly recommend!!! 10 ✨ ??

PSA: I am the former manager of the Midas on Henderson RD. Columbus, OH. You can see my reviews I acquired over 5 years before leaving the company 01/23. I have had many customers follow me over to this store and hope to see more! The experience I have had with this company has been much better than Midas for me personally and the customers I have been able to help. I am making this review in hope that I can continue to help everyone with fair and honest work for years to come after reading the recent 1 year of reviews from my previous store a lot of customers do not know where I have moved onto and I know Midas would not tell them in fear of loosing more business but I hope this review finds who ever it can so that anyone looking for me or needs find a trusted shop to work with we are here.

Today we were headed out of town and my daughter had gotten new tags for her car. She went to change them and the screws were completely rusted!! We didn’t know what to do and we stopped by the shop and the guys came right out to help. They got us together and on the road for our vacation. They were so kind. We were very appreciative!

Wrote my phone down wrong and when I went to pick up my vehicle (leaving the next day) all four tires had different pressure and was pulling to one side and sounded like it was in over drive the whole trip.

Huge THANK YOU!! On our 14hr rd trip, we stopped at the store and my husband noticed the tire was tearing. It was a little after 6pm, I got ahold of Travis and he said come on down with the tire and he would put it on. Amazing fast, and we are back on the hwy.Go here for your service!

I could not be happier with my service at RICHEY’s. Kyle and Randy were both tremendously helpful on my drop off and pick up. They were both impeccable at prioritizing me as a customer. I also felt confident I was getting the best service for my vehicle. Tyler and Travis answered any questions I had over the phone with ease. I highly recommend this location! 10/10!!
