I went to this location to have fingerprints sent for BCI and FBI background checks to get nursing licenses in California, New York, and Washington D.C. Four months later, none of those results have been received by anyone. I don't know where the disconnect was, but I paid almost $150 for a service that was not completed.
Edited: The failure was in the part of the Nursing Boards, not ProShippers. Mea Culpa, 5 stars.

It genuinely doesn't surprise me to see all these good reviews. This place is simply AWESOME !!!I had a complicated printing job a few weeks ago (shame on me for writing this review late) but the staff there was sooo helpful...and even went overtime, troubleshooting the mistakes in my document so that every print may look presentable (Thanks so much Anthony and Lupita...you rock!!!).If I had the power to double their salary and even add a bonus on top... I would definitely do it in a heart bit ?

I came here to get a BCI check and was greeted by one of the nicest people i've ever met. Explained the whole process completed and had me in and out within minutes. I will be back for any additional business needs in the future and highly recommend them for services.
