When it came to choosing a daycare for our infant, we had quite a few options in the Hilliard area. Each location had their unique benefits, but none of them gave us the family-feel that we got when walking through the doors of Primrose at Mill Run. Ms. Jane, Ms. Aaryn, and Ms. Maggie in Infant I quickly learned our daughter’s routine and she settled right in. Their communication and pictures on the app is so helpful, and gives us a glimpse into her day. Our daughter has moved on to Infant II where they are feeding her well-balanced meals, and advancing their curriculum to meet her developmental milestones. We are so grateful for Ms. Shea and Ms. Amber! In the chaos of the morning, it is so nice to pack just the baby and bottles— diapers/wipes/and meals are all provided! If you’re in the market for daycare for your little one, look no further!

Our two children have attended Primrose for the past seven months. We chose Primrose School because of the thorough curriculum that helps develop the whole child. We also love the healthy meal offerings, welcoming environment, and classrooms conducive to learning/exploration.The teachers and staff are welcoming and enthusiastic to work with the kids! We feel both our children have developed a great deal academically, socially, and emotionally since starting at Primrose.We also appreciate the great communication via email and app that the school uses. The app provides daily updates, photos, reminders, etc. for each child. Additionally, we love the great learning activities, special days, and events that align with the curriculum of the school!

The staff at Primrose Mill Run goes above and beyond to make sure any kiddo is safe and learning critical things they will need to know. They answer any questions you have and respond to you in a timely manner. My daughter loves her teachers and her friends. So glad we chose Primrose Mill Run for our daughter.

When we moved to Columbus away from family, Primrose at Mill Run became a second family! We have spent the last 4 years of our life at this school, and the relationships we have cultivated and welcome we have felt has been incredible. From the organization and communication of the administrative staff, to the cleanliness, quality of food and service provided, to the heartwarming care for our children from so many teachers over the years, Primrose at Mill Run has a place in our hearts. A couple of highlights: teaching our kids about elections by voting for their favorite Primrose pal, door decorating contests, lessons about giving during the annual Caring and Giving drive, a teacher-created camping tent with light up stars and constellation recognition, and countless fun activities for the kids. My heart is full, and I'm endlessly grateful for the efforts and love put toward our children here.

We have had an amazing experience at Primrose at Mill Run. Our daughter has been there for over a year and we have loved each one of her teachers. Ms. Paola was our first teacher and she was so loving and sweet. She was with Mrs. Long for her most recent classroom and she was amazing!We loved the daily updates on the app and seeing all of the pictures. We knew our daughter was being loved and cared for every day she was there.All of the staff there are so sweet and take the time to get to know each child. It is just an amazing place to be!

Due to some moves, this is our third childcare spot so have some things to compare. We appreciate the app, pay system, and organized emails (although there are a lot of them!). We had some miscommunications initially around enrollment and were told there wouldn't be a spot for a couple months after we put down a deposit understanding that the spot was available. They worked with us through a couple different options and we got it all figured out but that was a bit frustrating and not a great first experience. Now that were settled and the kids know the teachers we love it. Four stars because I feel like the way they combine classrooms depending on ratio and move teachers around makes it harder for new kids to learn all the people and teachers. Special shoutout to Miss Sarah in EPS: when we ask our toddler what his highlights were during the day he says "friends, toys, Miss Sarah" with the few words he has to explain what he was up to. We can see updates in the app but appreciate asking him too! Additional kudos to Ms Ruedas-Aguilar for the great food and exposing them to new things, and to Mr. Jones for his great drawings and engaging our kindergartner during after school time.

We've been with primrose at mill run for almost 3 years now. The teachers are amazing and treat our kiddos like family. If it wasn't for Mrs Nay, our oldest wouldn't be potty trained. Couldn't recommend this location more.

We started with Primrose when my daughter was little. From Mrs.Jane to Miss. Shea to Miss.Paula to Miss. Sarah we have had some amazingggg teachers. I say these teachers because they have a special place in my daughter’s heart. They have contributed to her growth and happiness. It is sooooo hard to transition because she builds such a strong bond with her teacher BUT it just means she gets to meet someone new. I would also like to add Miss. Maggie to this review because she helps in my daughter’s class when needed and she has done so in every class. My daughter has built a relationship with each of these teachers and it melts my heart that she gets so excited to see them. The big call out is any time I have a question or concern I know I can talk to them and they are extremely professional and welcoming. I could go on and on about how great they are. It’s already difficult leaving her but it’s such a relief knowing I’m leaving my daughter with people who love and care about her.

We absolutely made the right decision sending out son here! He has learned and developed so many skills in such a short period of time. His teachers, Ms Sarah & Ms Nay are wonderful and are so kind.

We are so happy to have found this school and to be lucky enough to have both of our children enrolled here! The staff members are so friendly and welcoming, you just feel comfort as soon as you walk in the door. I have absolutely no reservations when it comes to dropping my kids off at Primrose as I know they will be in great and proficient hands and always keep me up to date with the Procare App. Ms. Qureshi and Mr. Jones in PreK-1 are amazing, my daughter has the best time with them! Ms. Johnson in Early Preschool is so happy, helpful and wonderful with my son! And of course, we all love Ms. Maggie! Thanks Primrose at Mill Run, it truly is the best daycare!

Sure, it's a bit pricey. It will compare favorably to the other facilities in town in the important categories, as it should for the cost. The thing the most impresses me is the present, visible, and responsive leadership team that always seems on top of things. In addition, the frequent communication of facility events, activities, and classroom issues is much appreciated.In particular, teachers like Ms. Nay, Ms. Sarah, and Ms. Tori have shown exceptional care for our child.

We are very happy with our decision to send our children to Primrose at Mill Run. When our twin toddlers started at Primrose six months ago it was their first daycare experience, and we had some concerns. Throughout the adjustment process, we felt heard by both teachers and the administration team, and it is clear that they worked to resolve all of the issues. We, and our children, now love Primrose. From the beginning it was clear that the staff takes the time to know all of the families and children and really care for them. It is amazing to witness all that our children have learned during their time there. Ms. Renee in particular has had a huge impact on their growth and development. We would recommend Primrose at Mill Run. The staff there have quickly come to feel like family and an invaluable partner in our children’s development.

Our son has been at Primrose Mill Run since August. The things he has learned and how much he has grown from his last daycare with Primrose Mill Run is truly amazing!The staff in his room (PreK2) are truly amazing and loving! They see the bigger picture in a child’s learning! He talks about them daily at home and comes home singing Primrose songs everyday!The Management and all staff in the building make you feel like your family! They truly love our son!We would recommend Primrose Mil Run to anyone looking for loving, caring, clean, respectful childcare center!We absolutely love being a part of the Primrose Mil Run family
