Was looking for a specific beer in my region of Ohio, and found that Premium distributed the beverage. Upon calling, the operator took time out of their busy work day to point me in the correct direction, and the beer was located. The cordiality and level of professionalism should be commended.

People are nice and helpful. Relatively quick load / unload. DO NOT show up at 3:30pm when the business across the street has a shift change or their people are done for the day. It is a MASS EXODUS of their employees and it makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get in or out.
