I came here as a walk in and they greeted me so nicely and Bo did my nails and feet. He did an amazing job! I will definitely be back.

I have been a loyal customer since their doors opened. Last visit I was stunned at the checkout experience. $50+ of add on fees to a service I expected to pay $94. The list of add on fees was shocking. New management? Maybe. I’m sad. I liked going there because the techs have always been very friendly and talented. The customer service at the register was such that I cannot return. Perfect Nails I know you can do better.

Great experience was a little hot but that happens my stylist made sure it was perfect to my liking. they lasted longer than any other nail salon I’ve been to, lasted to my next appointment and that was two weeks no chips or scratches and I work a lot with my hands. Always make me feel welcome and comfortable. All and all best nail salon experience ever.

There needs to be a zero star option for this place. I went there on a hot summer evening and there was no air conditioning. It’s kinda hard to relax when your entire body is sweating. There was no one at the check in counter when I arrived so the people sitting at a chair a few feet away shouted over that I could check in using the I-pad. Super unprofessional! The worst part was my manicure because the woman cut my cuticles using some kind of buffer tool on five separate fingers. It really hurt and drew blood. Another woman came over during my manicure dnd spoke to try tech in a language I couldn’t understand. She was pointing to my fingers and gave a different tool and dip powder to use. It felt uncomfortable, like what did she do wrong to my nails? Worst experience ever.

My daughter stopped in to get a polish change on her toes and nails then the person took her back. They started giving her a pedi my daughter repeatedly told her to stop because she wanted just a polish change. The lady continue doing the pedi when my husband got there because my daughter texted him she told him he would have to pay $80. This place charges whatever they want when they want and the lady spoke, no English. They charged us for something that we didn't ask for. I highly recommend not going to this place unless you want to be ripped off. Instead pf being apologetic for their mistake they demanded their money and were very rude.

I truly cannot believe this has happened. I went here with my mom on 4/27, my 20th birthday. After having a very difficult month, I was very excited to receive my mani-pedi with gel polish. Right away, the lady who performed my service began telling me my nails were short and I should be growing them more. She then proceeds to file and shape them despite their already quite short length. I was a bit concerned by this, but figured that she was the professional, so surely she must know what is best. She of course trimmed and filed my toenails as well. A few days later, I started to feel soreness in my big toe on my right foot. I begin to worry that my fears regarding her trimming my nails were comming to fruition, but not wanting to have to deal with an ingrown toenail situation, I decided to ignore the pain the best I could. Six days after the pedicure, the pain was too intense to ignore, and, to my horror, I was faced with what was undoubtedly an infected ingrown toenail. I am not saying necessarily that the lady who did my pedicure caused the issue (although that is very possible), but I find it so disturbing that this woman decided to trim and provoke an area that, with her training and experience, she should know to avoid. The story does not end there. The next day, I noticed the thumb on my right hand was ingrown as well. This is exactly where I saw her trimming and filing and was concerned that an ingrown nail could appear. The fact that she noted out loud how my nails were already short and proceeded to manipulate them is what really bothers me. I am an art student-- I am constantly using my hands and touching all kinds of things. Now, I have to deal with intense pain on my dominant hand anytime I draw, type, etc.. Making matters worse is the fact that I am immunocompromised, meaning an infection in either my finger or my toe could cause immense issues to my health. My mom let me know she noticed soreness in her toes as well, although I do not know all the details about it
Regardless, I am of the impression that either the people working here either do not know what they are doing or have little to no regard for proper care of their customers. I understand shaping, trimming, and filing nails are these people's jobs, but when health and safety is on the line, they cannot be overlooked in the interest of having "perfect nails". I am so upset that a fun and relaxing trip to the salon as a birthday treat has become a medical disaster that could end in major illness or expensive trips to the doctor. I fully intend to call the establishment back asking for a refund; after what has happened, it is the least they can do.

I always have the best experience at perfect nails. I've been going there for a long time. I've only had balances and full sets of acrylic nails done, I haven't got any pedicures or anything else so I can't give comment on those features, but the people there and the quality work that they do is excellent. Their prices are very competitive also. One thing that's great is you can literally get in there anytime. That's why I started going there initially because around Hilliard, even though there are many salons, it's hard to get in without an appointment. At PN you can just walk in and they'll almost always take you right then and there. Today I called up to see if I could get in for a full set, acrylic, hombre, long length almond shape gel. Not a problem, I was the first one today. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, and I have actually tried several different salons in Hilliard. This one is the best bet all around!

I would put -10 if I could. To summarize, my nail bed was drilled off and I left with two bleeding fingers and a green nail from a bacterial infection since they do not clean their stuff. Went in late December, with perfectly healthy nails for a new design. The lady rushed to fill in the gel and did not do it well because the gel itself started coming off my nail after two weeks and so did the top coat. Went for a removal and a manicure last week. She ripped the gel off 3 of my nails by inserting a fake nail between the gel and my fingernail. After that, barely got time to soak the gel in acetone and she mostly just drilled off the nail plate of 5 nails to the point that my nails were plain red, and the gel from the remaining 2 was still there. At the end of my manicure, two fingers were bleeding. The nail polish from the manicure started coming off the very next day. Now half of my nails bend like a plastic straw and hurt when touched. If they know you are not a regular, they will add $5-$10 to the published price just for you, all for some painful and mediocre work with low quality products.

Overpriced and bad quality. My big toes are two different sizes. Don’t waste your money. My friends massage chair didn’t work, water was cold, and didn’t get a scrub. The whole point to a pedicure is to feel relaxed… we were pointing out things that needed to be fixed but they didn’t listen. Take your money elsewhere and go to CT or MJK.Service: Pedicure
