At 9:15 on. Friday evening with a full bascart of groceries there was no cashier. When they found the person in charge I was told, “that’s just the way it is.” Rude, unprofessional and extremely discouraging coming from the person in charge of the store.

I understand that people with disabilities need jobs. However, bagging groceries is not something they should be doing.

I love Kroger. I work at a grocery store myself and so I understand the stresses that go into working grocery with everything that is going on with the virus right now. But tonight I had the WORST experience of my life at any store. Kroger has the best staff of any grocer. But walking inside makes me feel like we are in a nightmare, a war zone. I can't get the basic items I need for my household, and what is on the shelves is very limited. I hear that the warehouse is stocked, but I see bare shelves. I get that they are trying to quell the hoards who feel the need to panic hoard. However, I didn't feel that anxiety, that panic, until I saw those bare and limited shelves. You are contributing to the panic, even as you are trying to control it.

This store had a makeover and that’s great but one thing they left out was an outdoor status on if anyone is manning the Starbucks. There should be a sign outside communicating if Starbucks is open or not . It’s a waste of time parking and getting out only to find it’s closed . Happy Freakin’ Monday from a very unhappy, working adult

Apparently you can’t go into a Starbucks and order a drink that’s on their menu especially if the Starbucks is inside of a grocery store because the barista doesn’t know how to make it and will start slamming things and then act like you’re the j*** when you tell them you no longer want anything before they’ve even started to make anything.

They have friendly people on staff and try to help you find that one item you can't find.
