My best friend and I take our littles to this location and I couldn’t be happier with our time spent there. Our toddlers are entertained the entire time, we are able to sit and converse while also watching them the whole time. The Hilliard location has a very open concept so you can see every part of the play area while you’re sitting at the tables/chairs for eating. My 2 year old never wants to leave and neither do I!

Was shocked to find that you were open on Easter Day. Love this!!! Would’ve loved to have come for an Easter egg hunt. Suggestion for next year perhaps. Thank you for expanding all over columbus. We love the Gahanna one too.

We love momi land! We have been going here since my son was 12 months old and he is now 20 months. Every time he goes he learns how to do something new! I will say up until the last month, it wasn’t the cleanest but they definitely have stepped their game up and it seems a lot cleaner. It’s an amazing price for unlimited play.

We walked in the other day and immediately left. I don’t know why we continue to try with this place. It had so much potential and my son LOVED it when it first opened. But it is absolutely filthy and they continue to do nothing about it except make a few Instagram posts and ask people to post 5 star reviews. There was literally BLOOD on the floor the last time we went, which was at 9am! Right at opening. I hope it gets a new owner soon because it has so much potential. Otherwise the health department needs to come shut it down

Like I don't know what the owners expect out of this place but it's not what it's run like.Everything is falling apart and held together by tape or not even held together at all.The play areas all have rips and holes in it even the walls have holes in them.Employees standing around not doing anything other than on there phones, like grab a rag or something and clean! This place is filthy! I ran my fingers over a few spots on the building and a layer of dust and grime was on my fingers. Oh also a bunch of dried blood in various spots in the building which is fantastic to see...

I’m usually not one to complain but I took my daughter for the first time yesterday and I am not impressed. The two ladies at the front desk RUDE mostly the one with blue hair, I was not a fan of speaking to her. no greeting when you come in, don’t even acknowledge you and when they do it’s very non welcoming. Place is dirty although the pregnant girl was up and cleaning things. Ball pit has crushed balls, swing in 24 months area is broken, slide is stained disgustingly at the bottom I didn’t even let my daughter get on it. We live in this area but will be traveling to a different location when we want to visit. Also not worth $13

great place to take your little ones to let some energy out! only complaint is the mothers/fathers that don’t watch their children at all, especially when kids are bullies. you tell them something and they act like they can’t understand. Hilliard location needs desperate renovations!

Staff is always so friendly especially desteny! They always remember us. Ive seen them clean multiple times throughout our visits. Wish the owners would replace some of the kitchen items that are missing and add new additions for pretend play but definitely recommend the membership my child loves to come every other day.

It is a little unnerving as a parent to walk into a play area for children that has signs around nearly every structure, warning of the damage. Enclosure mats are collapsing, staircases are incomplete with underlying materials exposed, and there is hazardous structural damage throughout. Among the neglect, the place is dirty, staff is often rude, and without knowledge of the service they are selling. It is a place we were very excited to open in Hilliard for the winter months, however, we have no plans to return as the condition of the place continues to deteriorate.
