They usually have everything I need here. I have found that the app more closely reflects what’s in inventory now. The prices are decent. It’s easy to get to. The rental place is a little tough to deal with, but they’ve got some riffraff that rents from them, so they have to be. I just don’t find them as nice as the Home Depot employees otherwise I would give them a five star.

Pam and Darby are incredible. Even with not enough staff scheduled, their quality time and depth of knowledge means I’ll come and wait at this store anytime. Fantastic service - give them a raise!

This review is specifically for the Hilliard lowes. The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a GE all in one washer dryer (2000 dollars) and the store had one in stock for same day pickup. I needed this bc my washer went out and we were leaving late the next day for vacation. Lowes took 2hrs to inform me that while they did have 2 of them they had put both on "display" and couldn't sell it to me. I called and told them I already ordered and needed it which is why I bought this model as it was "in stock". They messed around and said they would call me right back, over an hour later they finally called me and basically said sorry bout it can't do anything but cancel your order. Now if they would have actually just let me know when I first called I could have still been in the window for next day delivery, but since they drug their feet getting back to me I missed the window and now would be out 2 days for the delivery. Why they need 2 displays is beyond me and the overall lowes policy of not selling display models when they can't be bothered to keep any appliances in stock is ridiculous. If you need something appliance wise quick I guess Big Sandy is about your only option since big boxes like Lowes do not care about customer satisfaction. Guess I'll take my 2k elsewhere, must be nice to to not care about that much money. Long story short I guess don't rely on lowes they do not care about customer service or your money.

Put in an online order for a lot of items to pick up. The lady at the customer service desk pulled out one cart and started checking me out. I told her I was missing half my order and she wanted to argue with me about it. She said the rest was set for delivery. No it wasn't. I asked her to please look again. With much attitude she went and FOUND 2 more carts of my order. The soil I ordered was missing and again she made a fuss about it being delivered. Another employee stepped in at this point and told me my soil was ready at the loading area. No apology for being wrong, still with the attitude and irritated to be doing her job. I'll stick with Home Depot from now on.

I was on a walk when a man started shouting "ma'am" at me from far across the road. I don't respond to random people catcalling me so I didn't say anything. He kept shouting. I looked in his direction, and he felt the need to advise me about calling the city about a crosswalk. I told him I didn't want to call anyone, and he then proceeded to mouth off saying he loves me, and I'm a real peach, and the car should've run me over. I found out his name was John from the store. People don't want to be harassed by workers when on a walk. Disgusting behavior as well as moronic. John do you think the homeowners (your customers) want to listen to you yelling at passerbys in their neighborhood? Do you think it's smart to do so with your Lowe's truck sitting right there? Ridiculous.

Just awful service. I made a return that they gave me store credit for. I shopped for a few minutes, and attempted to use the store credit. It was denied. It took 30 minutes for a manager to show up to remedy the issue.

The cashier at location 0037 terminal 08 at 13:39:45 on 04/06/2024. He was very incompetent and very unprofessional. He made unnecessary comments about me / he insulted my character as a minority. The comment was very disrespectful and uncalled for. I hope something will be done about this cashier who is supposed to be a representation of your company. Definitely not a good reflection of Lowes.

I called to see if Lowe's had a Bosch over the range microwave in stock. They said that they had one and they would put my name on it and we could pick it up in 20 minutes. We took out our old microwave and went to pick up the new one. After arriving at Lowe's, we had to wait about 20 to 25 minutes while another customer was trying to resolve a problem. When we finally were able to talk to someone, we were told that they didn't have any Bosch over the range microwaves in stock. They only had a display model which wasn't for sale. They said that I would need to order a microwave online. VERY DISAPPOINTING. POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wonder how Bosch would feel about this poor customer service.

Cashier scratched off PIN on gift card so it could not be read. Service Desk said it was not their problem, despite what the gift card says on the back. They said it was a corporate policy.
