RV motor home (Cruise America) vehicle got us from point A to point B. We had a great time! However there were some issues with the RV vehicle. I addressed them with the clerk when I got back a week later, he seemed unfazed by it:(

We use Lee’s RV and storage to shrink wrap our boat every fall for the last 10 years. They have the lowest price in Ohio and they do a wonderful, immaculate job. They always store our boat inside until they can wrap it and they are so prompt and super friendly. We moved away from Hilliard to Delaware and we still drive our boat to have them wrap it. They are friendly, honest, hard working people who have respect for everyone and their property as well.

We keep our travel trailer here. They are always friendly. A great price from any of the local competitors, also they have coded gates which is a really great piece of mind. We have friends who keep their camper at a different location and have had 3 break-ins! Never had any issues at Lees, highly recommend!

UPDATE: As clear by Lee's response, I accepted responsibility for the accident from the beginning. Lee's was responsible for creating the situation. They put me on a wait list for six months, pressured me to rent a space when they finally called in December, then blocked access to that space with tree trimming equipment three days later when I tried to move in. Why tree trimmers were even working on a cleared gravel lot I'll never know. Lee's willfully rented a space, knew I couldn't access it immediately afterwards, and failed to disclose it. They neither gave notice that the area ahead was closed nor posted a detour. The owner acknowledged partial fault but in the six months hence offered nothing in the way of supportTo be clear, I NEVER asked for free inside storage but only to be moved to the top of the list to prevent winter weather damage to my trailer. I merely expected Lee's to acknowledge their responsibility and do something ... ANYTHING ... to remedy it going forward. Instead, Lee's did NOTHING but deny accountability. Hence my review for others to consider.-------------------------------Lee's RV & Boat Storage in Hilliard is possibly the largest facility in Central Ohio with many happy customers. However, I am not one of them and will never do business with Lee's or recommend them to others. Based on my experiences, as detailed below, they lack transparency and disclosure, are deceptive and evasive, and shirk responsibility and accountability. Please allow me to explain. On Saturday, December 11, 2021, Bob from Lee's called me because, after 6 months on their waitlist, I was next up for an outdoor storage space that finally became available. Bob pressured me to sign a lease that day as he noted there were 15 others below me on the list. I rushed over to their office where Beck greeted me and provided a map to the space. I drove the route, and comfortable that I could safely park my Airstream trailer there, I signed a lease and paid rent for prorated December and the first quarter of 2022.Three days later, on the morning of Tuesday, December 14, 2021, the weather was nice enough to move my trailer. Shortly before noon, I got to Lee's property and navigated 400 yards on it. While approaching the final turn with about 100 feet remaining to my storage space, I encountered a tree cutting crew with equipment blocking the route. A crewmember quickly moved an orange cone to my right and motioned me to proceed. My only other option was to reverse and back up through other expensive trailers approximately 100 yards to a narrow turnaround point. Upon proceeding forward with caution and to my complete surprise, I immediately impacted a flat "low boy" trailer to my left which tore a three foot slice in two aluminum side panels of my Airstream. My left periphery seemed clear as the trailer was well below my window and line of sight.Dennis, the owner of Lee's, was called to the scene, and we spoke. He said he felt partly at fault and asked me to stay in touch. However, when I went to the office after the accident and spoke with Ed, the property manager, he felt Lee's had no liability whatsoever. Whether or not they share any legal responsibility is for my insurance company to pursue, but Lee's was certainly morally and ethically responsible for knowingly putting me in that situation and position. Two days later, on Thursday, December 16, 2021, and after moving out, I emailed Lee's as a show of good faith and offered full responsibility for my actions along with a plea for inside storage of my damaged trailer for the winter. They replied with a promise to meet my needs by mid January but never delivered. Despite the owner acknowledging partial fault, Lee's did nothing at all for me in the wake of this tragedy except for fully refunding my rent paid. They would not return my calls or even provide the name of the tree cutters for my insurance adjuster to contact. I simply cannot forgive them.It is not reasonable to expect to en

Lee's RV & Boat Storage cares more about being at full capacity than serving their customers. They put me on a wait list for six months, pressured me to rent a space when they finally called in December, then blocked access to that space with tree trimming equipment three days later when I tried to move in. Why tree trimmers were working on a cleared gravel lot I'll never know. 400 yards onto their property and 100 feet from the space I rented, I got boxed in by the tree equipment. A worker quickly moved an orange cone and motioned me to proceed when I immediately collided with their low-boy trailer and did $10,000 damage to my Airstream. While the accident was my fault, Lee's was responsible for creating the situation. They willfully rented a space, knew I couldn't access it immediately afterwards, and failed to disclose it. They neither gave notice that the area ahead was closed nor posted a detour. The owner acknowledged partial fault but in the six months hence offered nothing in the way of support. I will never do business with Lee's or recommend them to anyone. However if you do rent from them, be sure to carefully read the fine print in their lease contract about RATS!

After our airline cancelled our flight and ruined our recent vacation to Florida, we decided to take advantage of the great fall weather and go camping. Mind you, we have a tent and all necessary camping gear, but wanted to go a little more luxury route.I gave these folks a call, and they hooked us up with a 25' RV at a really great price. Pickup was fast and easy, as was the drop off. The RV itself was very nice and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.
