Walked in 20 minutes before close, and was told they're done for the day. That's ridiculous. If your door is unlocked and its before closing you're open. Imo. I'll never go back to lady janes again.

I take my son here to get his hair cut. They do a good job and the staff is friendly. Get here early if you do not want to wait as they get pretty busy. Overall you get what you need when you go here.

Website says Closes at 8pm. Doors locked and lights out @ 7:30. Open sign lit up and no alternative hours of operation posted at the door. This establishment has gone way down hill. Last time I was here discriminated my son and refused him service because of his acid reflux. Didn't care to hear me out to explain his condition either.

I requested a trim using scissors only, any I requested a girl named Autumn. she cut my hair the last time I was there and she did a very good job. I also requested her ag this time. another girl called my name, so I decided to give her a try. don't remember her name but she was very rude and did not do as I requested. if my mi doesn't change, I'll not go back. I've been going there for about two years , four different girls have cut my hair and only two did a good jo. one is gone now, the other is Autumn, I'm very disappointed!

If ur looking for an awesome haircut and ur a man this is the place to go. First off it's set up for men there are multiple tvs, big soft chairs to sink into and some great women that can cut hair and not screw it up!!! The price is reasonable the service is excellent and for the same price as u pay one of the chain places to do it so unless u just don't care it's time to give lady janes a try!!!!!
