I came in with an exchange issue and Austin (with customer care) set aside what he was doing and helped me resolve my issue asap. He took around 30 mins of his time to make sure we got to the bottom of the problem and resolve it and I wanted to shout him out. I always see him working and he’s an outstanding worker and young man. Thanks for your help Austin !

Love Shopping at Kroger. This kroger has everything you need but I wish the place was larger. It could be spaced out a little bit more. The checkout counters during peak times is a nightmare navigating through. But still I would prefer going there.

Why do these kids not know how to bag groceries. Also, they don't seem to realize that you don't put heavy items on top of bread or other crushable stuff.

I went to Aldi for the first time tonight for my weekly grocery shopping. For the same amount of food I would buy at Kroger my bill was cut in HALF at Aldi! Also the cashiers had stools to sit on. I am so amazed. Your friendly neighborhood Kroger has becoming aggressively corporate. They will devour themselves like I’m about to devour these delicious half price snacks from Aldi. Goodbye forever Kroger.

This is the most friendly workers I have ever encountered in a grocery store. Lots of work was being done, but several people said hello and offered to help me.

Constantly overcrowded and under staffed. 1-2 checkout lines open out of the 12+ available. Employers complain "no one wants to work" yet they offer an unlivable low wage. While the CEO pays himself 22 million a year. Who in God's name needs 22 million a year? I could get that much once in my life and retire forever, yet you wanna offer like $12 an hour. Which isn't enough to afford a studio apartment in the area the store operates in. Get outta here.

It had been quite a while since I ordered groceries online and went to pick them up. I didn't get some of the groceries that I ordered. I also ordered instant grits and received instant oatmeal instead. Some of my canned goods were dented.

Understaffed resulting in terrible service. Don't waste your time at the drive in either. They'll ignore you.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Initially, they pushed our grocery pickup order back twice, from 11 to 1. And then, when I got there after 1, like they asked, I sat in the pickup area for over an hour until my partner called customer service and got it out to me. I should not be seeing cars come and go while twiddling my thumbs- I've got things to do. I know it isn't the fault of the folks running the orders out to people- they're overworked, and doing their best. So Kroger, for the love of all that's good and holy...HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK PICKUP!
