The worst pharmacy! Not to mention the welcome!??I ask the agent to send me a text message to collect my prescription, she confirms my cell phone number and assures me that I will be informed to collect my son's medication! Big surprise no text messages! I had to call a few minutes ago to learn that I had to pay the entire prescription! Not only did I call my insurance and they informed me that Kroger Pharmacy entered the wrong insurance number! Fortunately my insurance contacted the pharmacy to correct the errorI wasted my time and my child is unwell because he did not take his treatment due to poor management by Kroger PharmacyI'm very furious and it's the last time I set foot there ??I do not recommend this pharmacy to you

Great service. Most often, kids will be at the registers. Some adults need to remember that and not treat them horribly. No one was perfect as a teen. Pharmacy is awesome too. Always helpful.

I see why this pharmacy has a terrible rating. How hard is it to notify a person that they are unable to fulfill script? I understand the inability to maintain supply, but the common courtesy of communicating the shortage should never be an issue. I’ll pay more from now on to take my prescriptions to Giant Eagle.

Called 7 mins before close and was placed on hold for the remainder of the time by the pharmacist so that she did not have to help me before close.

New checkout are horrible and led to customers walking out, causing long lines and staff to slow to fix system errors issues. Stop closing express lines.

I purchased some cooked shrimp sushi the other day at Kroger Hilliard on Cemetary Rd. The cucumbers in these rolls was so BITTER that I could barely eat several of the pieces. Modern varieties of cucumbers shouldn't be bitter. The stem end of the cucumber shouldn't be used because that's where the bitterness is concentrated if any. Don't buy their sushi until they learn how to prepare their god-awful cucumbers.

The store was clean enough. The produce was not well stocked, even at 1 pm, in the afternoon. What produce was out had been heavily picked over. Many of the older people working in the store were quite nice, and polite. The younger ones were quite rude. I darn near got run over by one of them who was to busy discussing football with another young worker to pay attention to where he was going. A very strange store. I will not go back. There are many other businesses that actually WANT my money.

They wouldn't do an inventory check for me, and told me that they would only speak to me once I was there in person.

I have been using this pharmacy & this Kroger location for years because of convenience. I love this Kroger, however, the pharmacists are constantly rude to me over the phone & in person. I really do not like picking up my prescriptions because of the how rude they are. There is no customer service.

Only because I had to give 1 Star to be abe to leave a comment...otherwise it would have been a BIG 0 from me!!! Carly the Pharmacy Intern was extremely rude to an elderly couple in their 80s. The husband made a statement in a calm voice that the cost of a medication was too high. Carly then told the husband, "If you are going to be rude I don't have to serve you." The wife then told Carly her husband has Dementia and he didn't mean anything by what he said. The husband then too apologized. Carly did not even acknowledge the wife's statement or the husband's apology. Talk about RUDE!!!! Carly you need to learn some Customer Service Skills!!! I hope no one ever talks to your parents like that! I won't be coming back and I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere!!!

I am baffled as to why no matter what day or what time this place has to be filthy. What a shame.

They consistently tell me that my doctor’s never placed my prescription scripts in there system. I could believe it if this only happened every so often or if it was only with one doctors office, but I have a hard time believing that multiple doctors offices forget to send in my scripts to the pharmacy.

I really love shopping at this store but the pharmacy is full of rude techs that don't want to help you at all I'm always polite with service people, but I've had several poor experiences with this pharmacy. The second you have questions or problems with your insurance they get a major attitude, raise their voice and talk to you like you are stupid. At first she gave me attitude and tried to tell me my secondary insurance didn't work then when, I asked to try again it went through and cut the price in half. I tried to use the discount card for my medication that you can uses at any pharmacy, and my other family members have no problem using at Giant eagle with their insurance. She raised her voice telling me I couldn't use "4 different insurances" , when I am well aware that you can only use one and I told her it was a discount card for my medication she told me I still couldn't use both without even looking at what it was. I've had poor experiences with other techs at this location, and I've never experienced service like this anywhere else. I will be switching to another pharmacy. The 2 stars I did give were for the grocery part of the store being great.

Drive thru hasn’t been open all week. When I called to find out if they were open, I was told they don’t have enough staff to open the drive thru. Going in to the store to pick up a prescription is inconvenient. Switching pharmacies.

Manager, CJ needs remedial training. Walked in and no wipes for the carts (frequent issue at this store). I asked a young man that was finishing carts if he could get me some. He went to check. Five minutes later I walk toward the customer service counter to ask and encounter the young man bagging. I asked him what happened and he said he asked and the MANAGER TOLD HIM "NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT". He directed me to said manager, CJ. I spoke with CJ and he said they don't have any wipes for the carts. I told him I didn't appreciate being left standing in the lobby waiting for someone to return. He said that he could offer me a spray bottle and paper towels. NO APOLOGY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I told him that I would just go somewhere else, thanks. CJ suddenly found his manners and responded with a cheery "You're Welcome!" This is not the first time the staff at this store have been unhelpful and/or rude. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. You're welcome, Kroger
