I went to Ketchum's for an issue with my Wrangler's "sway/track bar". Not only did John get me in right away for service, but researched my problem, found the items I needed and repaired my vehicle fast, all while being very knowledgeable and educating me on what was happening with my Jeep. He and his wife are very friendly and the service was great. John got me back up and running in no time! Recommended!

They charged me $50 to change a map light saying that he charges a full hour for every task. They cherry picked my list of complaints, refusing to do most of the difficult work and choosing only to do the simple stuff: changing a map light, changing air filters (without asking if I wanted that done) and making a simple clutch adjustment. $130 for not much, really. Then, they left my lights on overnight and drained my battery and had to jump my car in order for me to leave. Forget about this place and go to a REAL auto service center. I think this garage was once a real service center with mechanics employed, doing real work. But, they are not that anymore.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon, dropped my car off Wednesday morning, and it was repaired by Wednesday afternoon. John called me himself with status updates and to agree on charges before repairing my car. Very friendly and competitively priced, just down the road in Old Hilliard.
