Great Branch; always helpful. I am so very happy that Huntington continues to provide branches with actual tellers and loan officers, etc. Much better than the behemoth down the street with the initials PNC

Never picks up calls, this locations isn’t as busy as the other Hilliard location and they still can’t pick up a phone call or return a phone call.

Went to this branch yesterday to deposit money to pay a bill the ATM literally ate my money never even deposited into my bank. I went around to speak to someone they said unfortunately there was nothing they could do at this time that the ATM has done this before so I'm out $200 dollars to pay my bill due to this branch! Thanks Huntington you are a horrible bank!! I will be taking my business else where!!

Yesterday at your Mill run branch we were treated very kindly by one of your employees who went out of her way to make some copies of a transaction that we had mistakenly made at your other Hilliard branch to save us time and trouble. The weather was cold and windy and she kindly brought it out to our car. We were very grateful.

When my wife worked at gnc. My accounts were there. Ron was taking money out of account and giving it to here under the table. She was forging checks and ron withdrawl the money. Maybe he should of lost his job for stealing money

I realize it probably isn’t the fault of this particular branch but I needed to get in to my safe deposit box TODAY for a paper for my mortgage. I called to see if this is possible (since they are currently only allowing people in by appointment) and it is impossible to speak to someone (the message said to leave a message and someone will get back to you within one business day). The message also said if you need immediate assistance to call another number which when you call it says the current hold time is >40 mins. This is ridiculous. If your branch is by appointment only then you need to have someone answering the phone.

Nice to know that in the midst of a pandemic Huntington is not willing to help people out. I needed to get a form notarized and I can’t get to my bank in Michigan. Even though they helped me out in May with a notary. Seems like they value people less and less with time.
