I had a Fluid Film application for rust prevention done a few weeks ago on my Lexus. I was able to schedule an appointment hassle-free via text. I dropped the car off at the agreed appointment time and was told it would only be a couple hours at the most. I decided to have breakfast and do some shopping around the area. When I arrived back, my car was parked out front and waiting for me. The staff was nice and professional. I will return in the future to have other services!

The team at Hilliard Green Detailing Garage have worked on multiple vehicles of mine, and I have nothing but good things to say from my experience. They have been quick about fitting me into the schedule when there are openings, and offer very reasonable pricing. I recently had my BMW and Tesla ceramic coated, and I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend anyone from the greater Columbus area to come here.

Absolutely stellar service. Would recommend them to anyone.They went out of their way to go the extra mile and I couldn't be happier.They took the time to point out a minor issue that if left unattended could have become a massive problem and I really appreciated that. It shows that they cared about doing things right, being honest and caring about my car; treating it as if it was their own.An awesome job well done.

Matt helped me with learning more about how I could attempt to detail my own vehicle with which tools to buy and products to try. He offered to do my vehicle as well and I still may choose to have him touch up my work. He clearly cares about his business and was kind enough to take the time to help me on DIY and willing to explain details that some companies wouldn’t want to share in fear of losing business. Matt really cares about his customers & potential future customers as well!

I had my Tundra and Tacoma undercoated here with Fluid Film. I worked through Matt, who was very professional and worked with me through my chaotic schedule to get both trucks in on back to back days. The undercoating looks great on both trucks and my worries about rust have faded away. Will definitely be going for the full winter prep package next year.

Had Fluid Film applied in November 2022. They explained the process well, including what they do and don't spray, and from what I can tell, they did a great job spraying everything thoroughly after checking underneath, and they had me in and out in under an hour (two people were spraying at the time). I checked the coating around New Year's and I was still able to wipe fluid film off the frame with my finger, so it hangs on well, but if you want to, it is still removable by physically wiping it off or power washing it off. I'd imagine if you regularly drive through tall fields or grass, you risk some of the coating getting wiped off over time, so something to keep in mind.
