The associates that work at the Hilliard Branch, Callie, Michele, Claudia and Kenzie, are the friendliest, most helpful, and engaging individuals that I know. They are just like a family to me and my dad. I would not go to any other bank for my financial transactions. I appreciate Heartland Bank very much and have been with them for 37 years. Thank you Hilliard Heartland Employees for caring for us as customers.

This laundromat is very clean. Very friendly and helpful. The customer service I received from Barbara was absolutely amazing. It's nice when people enjoy there jobs.

As a Kemba member, it is nice to have ATM options close to work.The staff are always friendly, and I have noticed this location seems to have a disproportionate number of $2 bills, so I enjoy swapping my bills out for the 2's and spreading them around as tips. Really fun to hear people talk about their experience with seeing a $2 bill.

I switched to Heartland for my small business banking needs because I wanted the personal service of a smaller bank. In our first meeting, the branch manager offered to introduce us to others in our industry and took a genuine interest in our business. In short, he did more for us in the first 24 hours of being a customer than our previous small business banker ever did.

Great Bank, Just know THEY DO NOT make ANY MONEY available when you Deposit a check unlike JP Morgan, Key, Huntington or virtually anyone else!

Kemper and Brett have been great to work with for our business needs. We have a checking account, mortgage and consolidation loan. They were great to work with on implementation and is going great a year later with our day to day servicing.

Rude. Would not tell me if I accidentally left without my bank card. Just said they would destroy it if I had. I was told it's another company that takes my card and would not even tell me who the company is that takes it.
