The last 3 times I’ve got a haircut the same person did a terrible job. The first 2 times someone had to take over and finish but this time it was too busy for anyone to step in.
I don’t know how they are still employed. I will avoid this great clips going forward. Everyone else at this location has always done a great job, I don’t have a difficult haircut. I just cant keep being disappointed with something as simple as a haircut.

I used to go to this place. But now don't go to this place. The guy who cuts my hair does not have any experienced.He is shaking his hands all the time. He cut my neck. He blows all hair on my clothes. I am not recommending this place now.

Horrible haircut but the lady had a nice attitude. She asked for help but if you don't know how to cut a certain style of hair. From the beginning, it's best to ask for someone more experience to cut that person's hair and you shadow them, so you can learn from them. Do not keep going I'm cutting hair trying to fix it when you don't know how.

Showed up at 7:07pm, sign says open, hours on door says open, two people getting their haircut, one worker at the register... Was told "we're closed". It's not hard to turn off a sign. So sad.

Emma was terrible. She did not listen when I told her what I wanted. I had to explain multiple times. I also asked for layers and my hair looks choppy. when I told her that I didn’t like it it needs blended better. She told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and refused to fix it. It was a simple trim. I would recommend walking out if that is the “stylist” you get.

Told Karyn what I wanted, she said no and said she will need do something different or that if I really wanted that to go back to where I went last which was ridiculous.. Eventually got her to cut it just to end up with a horrible cut. Had to give her several feedbacks to get to somewhat decent where it wouldn’t be embarrassing to walk outside with.. but she did not say a word during the whole cut and gave me evil faces when I asked her to make corrections… it was very uncomfortable to say the least.. In the end it was $18 cut, which isn’t little for me who wash dishes for a living.. you get what you pay for but how much more do I have to pay to get a decent cut without all the evil attitude.. when I got home I hated it so I just shaved it all off.. if you have to go here don’t let Karyn ruin your day!!

I recently moved so had to try this location.. I told Karyn how I wanted my haircut and she said it's not possible and told me to go back to where I got it last... I don't understand why she couldn't do it because it 's just a simple buzz with fade.. so that made me very uncomfortable so I got up and walked out. never coming back to this location ever.. Seeing all the super generic response from the owner it’s either AI responding or the owner copy pasted to all of them and not actually care at all!
