Long time customer (20 years+) who checked in online for a 90" wait. Watched the time online which actually changed & added another 15" to the time. Checked in at 10:15 & showed up @ 12:20. Was not on the Online check-in list. They added me to the list @ #12 & said I was logged off. "The list is only for 60 minutes". I said if so , why was i given a 90" wait! "That is a customer service problem." They then preceded to take 2 more customers on the list that walked in after me. That's when I left.20 year+ customer no longer!

You have lost a long time customer with 4 kids. I signed in online the timer said 19 min, I ran a quick errand to the store next door approximately 5 minutes, when I walked into great clips and opened the clock my time jumped from now 13 minutes to 32 minutes. I asked the stylist working how this happened and she explained that more people have signed in. I asked and was confused, I thought it was first come first serve even when signing in online. The stylist explained that this is how the system works.Obviously I had signed down online as to not waste time sitting around in your lobby unfortunately I was told I would have to sit and wait around in your lobby for 30 plus minutes. After this experience I went to your website and I even read the frequently asked questions. That confused me more because your frequently asked questions agreed with me and not your stylist that the purpose is so I don't sit around and wait but somehow I was able to continually be bumped to the back of the line.I did get a haircut at sports clips I walked right in and they had no problem helping me, they treated it as first come first serve.There is no need to send coupons or reply to this email I am sending it as a general customer service point my family will not be back.4 years ago I gave you a 4 star review, this is the new great clips I guess.

Location on Hilliard Rome road Mexican woman cancel my transaction because there was no tip and asked me to restart transaction again and directly asked me to select TIP then it will go throw.. I mean its upto us we wanna pay tip or not it's not mandatory to pay tip with bad service who the hell are you canceling transaction because there was no tip and directly asked to Select tip NOT GOING TO THEM AGAIN‼

I’ve gone to this location off and on for several years now. Usually, it was fine, but the last several times have been horrible. A male stylist made a huge deal about how thick my hair was and even pulled others over to look at it like I was a sideshow freak or something. It was embarrassing and extremely awkward for me. He did it every time I ended up being in his chair to the point that I stopped going. Finally returned today after a long absence due to the pandemic. The woman who cut my hair seemed more interested in telling me her life’s story than what I actually wanted done with my hair. I waited 45 minutes. I was in her chair less than 5. I wanted a shampoo, a couple of inches trimmed off and my hair thinned out. She did the trimming and nothing else. And she did it unevenly at that. She missed in several places that remained the previous length. It seemed more than anything like she was just in a hurry to get me out of her chair. I witnessed this with a few clients she had before my turn came along. Sad to say I will not be returning to this location. I wasted my time and money, but I can promise you it won’t happen again. If you value your own time and money (and your hair!), go somewhere else, because this location surely won’t value it either.Services: Haircut

Price increases are rough as they have gone up nearly $4 in as many months for no change on service. No line got in quick and finished with a quality trim.

Very very few hair dressers here know how to successfully execute a simple male hair cut. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you want to be very disappointed.
