The experience in general was great, the girl that helped me really cared about understanding my request (english is not my native language).
I liked the hair cut in general.
They even create a profile for you so the next time they already know how you like it.
Price is pretty affordable.

Called to see if this location was open during construction, and the reply i got was, "well, i answered the phone". I said thank you and hung up and will now be taking my business elsewhere. Clearly, an example of not valuing their customers and potential customers.
