Giant Eagle Supermarket offers fresh, high quality foods and a wide range of products and services. The store is clean and has a good meat selection. Most employees are excellent, very helpful, polite, very kind, and always very friendly. The staff's kindness can make a strong positive impression. Customers appreciate that the store has actual cashiers and is not limited to self-checkout. Some prices are high and the craft beer selection can be mediocre, but the store provides everyday low prices and value. Shoppers can earn rewards on every purchase with the loyalty program.
Not as big or extensive as many other Market District locations, but this place gets the job done. They nearly always have what I need. I do wish they had open registers and not just self checkout available.
