What horrible customer service. Can't even pick up a phone after 20 calls spread out over an hour to just say "can I put you on hold? We are busy." Instead every single call just gets ignored. Not going to be banking here much longer.

Fifth third closed my account for something that happened 15yrs ago. They closed it AFTER I PROCESSED A LOAN TO GO THROUGH OF 75k !! How convenient! Moving to chase id rather pay for checking than to not get my money at all!!!
