Lights, lights everywhere. But one is better off browsing the catalogs or online, by manufacturer, on a site with a good return policy. There are just too many choices for a physical store to display. Don't walk toward the light...browse towards the lights.

Nice lights, but lie about installing the lights cost, have a email saying buy from them and they will install. Not true

We ordered appliances from here 9 months before the completion of our kitchen. We were told all of our appliances would be on time, but we waited about 3 months for our cooktop and the date for our refrigerator kept getting pushed back going into over a year of waiting. We paid full price for the appliances that were not ready and not offered a discount on the appliances. There was terrible communication. They did not let us know about the dates our appliances would be in, it was only when we called to complain that we got any information. We think it is very possible they sold our appliances to someone else at the end of our kitchen remodel. Fortunately, we were able to get a floor model subzero fridge from Jack's in Hilliard almost immediately. We were not offered any alternatives for the refrigerator or a floor model from Ferguson. We were told we would get a hood faster if we switched models, which we did, and then that was delayed too. I would not shop here for appliances. If you are designing a new kitchen, I would recommend choosing appliances that will most definitely be available when the kitchen is done, ideally in storage with your contractor before the kitchen is done (the sooner the better).

They have a pretty good selection of products but the hours are awful and staff is very unengaging. I ended up spending over $50k on appliances out of state with someone who wanted my business.

They have weird horrible hours so you have to go in the middle of the day, and everything inside is overpriced. You can get good quality and modern style for much less if you just look around.

Beautiful selection. Exclusively a showroom. I am remodeling two of my bathrooms currently and decided to stop by after my haircut at Hammer and Nails. I was not greeted at the door by the gentleman sitting at the desk. Which I assume is his responsibility(the desk appears to be reception?) I walked toward the bathroom area past a young lady at her desk who was shuffling some papers around and appeared to be avoiding eye contact. I greeted her and she said hello as I kept walking. At no point in the short visit did anyone follow up or approach me. Or even greet me. I felt slightly insulted and turned off by that and decided to head out. The gentleman at the desk had a meme or two up scrolling and there was not a word as I left. With so many options for purchasing, I would hope that these companies appreciate the value of someone getting out of their car and walking into their location. Bummer, could be a nice place

I had planned to purchase a bath tub. This doesn't seem so unreasonable. I went to the "showroom" to see a tub because a plumber said to go to Ferguson for a good tub; he preferred that I not get a cheap one at Home Depot or Lowes. I go in and despite the fact that there are several employees milling about, nobody says anything to me. Seems like odd behavior at a fancy showroom. I have a look at some of the tubs, figured maybe they were busy (they weren't). One employee gave me an obligatory greeting, then went back to hanging around the front desk.I'm not sure what the point of a showroom is if you ignore any potential customers, maybe I'm missing something. I went to a used office furniture store in the rough part of town and they were far nicer.I later found out that you're supposed to set an appointment. What? An appointment to buy a bath tub? Do you have to set an appointment to buy a toilet here too? I'm not going to do that, this isn't the 1970s. I understand they have more of a "consultative" sales model so I suppose you do not pick the wrong toilet, you have a toilet salesperson to guide you through the harrowing process of buying a toilet, a sink or tub. Maybe they lay out your toilet choices on three brochures showing good, better best. I wonder if they push for the close on a nice new 2021 toilet. "What do I have to do to get you to buy this toilet and ride it home today?" I wonder if they would take my old toilet on trade in.Come on everyone, nobody wants to shop like this. I am going to buy a toilet (and the tub) from the manufacturer's website directly. I guess that toilet salesperson isn't going to get their cut of this sale. Shameful.

What a (total) disappointment...Hubs & I are redoing 2 bathrooms, one of which is a total gut-job. When we walked into the showroom (yesterday), we were greeted by a gentleman asking what we were looking for. When we told him, he handed us a business card & told us to take pictures of the tags of anything we liked...then go online & look/order. He pretty much blew us off with any questions we had, telling us to look at ‘more products’ online.I get that we’re not doing a new-build or renovations on a kitchen, costing a lot more than the bathrooms we are doing. But I thought we’d at least be able to sit down with someone & show them our ideas & get some suggestions/advice.

Very nice showroom. Didn't have information available at the showroom, you had to scan a bar code with your phone and their internet was terribly slow.

As a warning to all - if you want help here you need to make an appointment. Don’t do like we did and walk in expecting to find help. There is a greeter, who is pleasant, at a desk by the door. He quickly told us everyone was busy, so no one could help. Then sat back down at his desk. Ironic.

Bought a $900 light and a $50 floor model, "as is" and when I went to pick it up the floor model that was "as is" a bulb was broken. They said they couldn't find it at first and then said it was broken. When I asked if they could give me replacement bulb they said they couldn't provide one.Seems a little rediculous to sell something as is, then damage it, even if only a replaceable lightbulb, then tell a customer who just spent a lot on a retail light that they won't replace the bulb the broke. The smaller light is the $50 one and the large one is the $900 one.

Horrible experience, the lady that helped us was rude & grumpy…and incompetent, she put the wrong need by date on our order by 2 months; meaning we had to go out and buy everything all over again if we wanted to move into our newly built home…during the whole process she was impossible to get ahold of and only gave us a status update when we contacted her manager. We spent over $30K with them and got this treatment…I recommend you go somewhere else it will be less expensive & you will get your stuff when you need it!
